The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is stunning and a very impressive landmark. Its architecture and beautiful white marble design create a truly wonderful sight.
Sheikh Zayed Mosque is an unparalleled architectural masterpiece, a breathtaking visual experience that I recommend to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi. However, I have to give a very negative opinion on the handling of the package purchased through TripAdvisor. Unfortunately, the description of the tour did not reflect the reality of the facts: Missing services: The package explicitly provided water and proper clothing (abaya/tunic) included for entry, but none of this was provided to us. Insufficient time: The time devoted to the visit was totally inadequate. A structure of such beauty requires a calm and respectful visit, while we were forced to run, ruining the atmosphere of the moment. Reliability: I expected TripAdvisor to ensure a higher standard and greater match between what was paid and what was received. Advice: The Mosque absolutely deserves 5 stars, but I suggest you book through other channels or check very carefully the local operator, because the organization of this package was bad.
Inam was an amazing guide! He was so pleasant and educated us on the mosque! He accommodated us as much as possible, provided an extra wrap for me & I really recommend booking this tour and having Inam as your guide!
We spend a good day in abudhabi with tour guide mr.khan very nice tour with lots of information about culture .it was a nice group of six people funny group
This is definitely not a tour but just a transfer ! You just get driven back and forth. You have to take care of the tickets yourself. Likewise, the driver arrived an hour late to drive us there. We were only allowed to stay in the mosque for 2 hours. Nothing corresponded to the booking details!
30 minutes before the activity, I received a notification the Pacific Adventures have cancelled my booking I must reschedule. The was no communication whatsoever. I wonder what will happen to my money as according to their cancellation policy, cancellation must be 24 hours prior the activity. Viator and Pacific adventures is a scam website.
They never showed up to pick us up as scheduled for 9 am. We called them multiple times but no one ever picked up. They never tried to call us or emailed us to let us know the status of the tour. We waited for an hour in vain and decided to go do other activities. Worst service ever !!! Don’t waste your money. I am still trying to see how I can get mine back.
It was an amazing day, we have a best driver ever.Khalil was so kind and patient, we had a great day!! This is a must go spot.
