They had no record of my booking & there was no shuttle to collect me. Girls at the info desk helped me to contact the company. A representative arrived & finally sorted a shuttle for me.

27.September to 05.October 2018 Got a driver organized through our hotel In Ubut for transport from Denpasar to Ubut. Absolutely lovely young guy, Ubut Local, charged 350000 IDR for one way. Always punctual. We hired him later direct for a 5 hour sightseeing tour around Ubut, also 350000 IDR for the 2(!) of us. Rice Terraces, Water Temple and Luvak Coffee Plantation On the tour he told me about his favorite Balinesian Sweet Black Rice Dish...i ask him where can I get it from, i would like to try ?! ....The very next day he went out to a market on his own to buy it and "delivered" i to us to the hotel...and didn't even wanted any money for it!!! Unbelievable! His name is TUDE and his number is +62 878 6118 0834, he can be contacted or organized via Whatsapp. We were very happy with his service.
Even with the very crowded airport and countless signs of tour companies waiting for their customers it was east to spot the person picking me up. The car was in nice condition and had a/c.
Our guide met us at the airport with a large, clear sign easy to see despite there being dozens of other drivers. The ride to the hotel was quick and efficient.

<p>The transfer service was excellent and we managed to find our names in the sea of names been held up in the arrival hall. The tour guide provided great tips and commentary along the way. The only downside was the cost of the transfer, we later found out that the hotel would have provided 2 vehicles and cost 85 less.</p>
<p>This worked out great! Difficult to find our guide at first, there were SO many people holding up signs! But as soon as we saw our name, our guide took us straight to the van, and then proceeded to our hotel. He pointed out sights and chatted the whole ride, while a second guy drove the van. Very nice and friendly. No hassle with taxis and rates and converting rupiah to dollars upon our arrival. Highly recommend it!</p>
