This tour guide never showed up! We were at the meeting point 1/2 hour before the scheduled time. When I tried to contact the provider they neither responded to my text nor answered the given phone number. I was completely ripped off.
My wife and I book to do a group walking tour around Montmartre, Paris at 2:30 pm. No tour guide with the banner name Osprey reported at the agreed time and four other people were waiting with us as well. We waited till 3:00 pm. Sour taste in our mouths. I am expecting a refund.
The tour guide did not come. Requested for refund with Viator and waiting for the refund and a response
Guide did not show up. We were at meeting point 15 minutes early to 15 minutes late. Met another couple also waiting. Contacted Viator who was quick to refund cost. If this hat to use take pictures to prove you were at correct meeting point.

Sadly we didn’t go on the tour - the guide was gone 5 minutes before tour time. Our uber driver got lost and we arrived after the group departed
My bus was 2 minutes late. I messaged the tour guide 30 minutes before the tour when I realized the bus was coming late. I called the company with no response. I messaged when I arrived which ended up being 5 minutes late. I never received a response or acknowledgement.
hello, I had not noticed that we had to arrive 15 minutes early on the voucher and we relied on the time indicated on the tickets, which was 2:30 PM... We had arrived at 2:30 PM at the indicated meeting point and the group was already gone. We tried twice to reach the provider in order to join the group in progress, no answer, so we lost 150 euros... So yes, we should have arrived 15 minutes early, but the fact that there was no one left at 2:30 PM (the theoretical departure time) is, in my opinion, excessive!
We did not see the guide with the purple sign. We ended up hiking up the hill on our own. Waited by church for a while before entering the church for free. Uber to the lift, pay the fee to go up and down and skip the tour!
Wish I could give ZERO stars. We arrived 11 minutes before the tour was to start, there was NO guide. We met another tourist from our tour group and he had been there even longer and he never saw the tour guide either. Replied to a message the guide service sent explaining our situation, sent a second message, still NO response.
