A super fun way to see the canopy! Fun for our whole family! Great value that included ziplines and hanging bridges. Do the Tarzan swing! And end doing Superman style!
The zip lines and suspension bridges were super fun! The park employees were very kind and made us feel at ease. The major downside of this activity is the communication. Indeed, it is stated during the booking to email the organizer 24 hours before the activity to confirm the location and time of the pick-up with the shuttle. After 2 emails and 2 WhatsApp texts (which were seen), I did not receive a response. Later in the evening, I received a confirmation message from them, but they only responded to my emails the next day (during the activity). We found it unfortunate to have to set a reminder to write to them and to experience stress during the day just for them to send a response the day before without answering the questions sent. Furthermore, we were disappointed with the return shuttles. They operate at fixed times (1 PM, 2 PM…), which is acceptable, but the 1 PM shuttle left at 12:40 PM. We were lucky because we saw it, so we ran, but it is possible that other groups had to wait for another hour since this one left earlier than expected.
We sincerely apologize for the communication delays you experienced prior to the tour. We understand how important timely responses are when coordinating transportation and activity details, and we regret any uncertainty this caused before your excursion. We also appreciate your comments regarding the return shuttle schedule. We will share your observations with our operations team to review the departure procedures and help ensure that shuttle times are communicated and followed more consistently. A must do activity in Monteverde! The ziplines were so fun and my hesitant older sister was so glad I convinced her to come! You walk the bridges independently so you can spend the time you need. EVERY guide, platform attendant or reception employee were professional, friendly and helpful. Ate lunch in the restaurant - also very good. There are separate butterfly and sloth experiences in this park - if we’d booked the morning tour would have had time for these (separate charge) experiences. Note that even the zipline experience requires lots of walking, mostly uphill👍

It’s brilliant, highly reccomend. You need to be physically fit. We saw some people struggling and nervous on the zip line and there were some steeper hiking in between lines :)

The zip lining was really fun! Really well organised and friendly guides. The hanging bridges walk was nice but sadly saw no wildlife. May have been more informative /interesting with a guide. It’s a shame the butterfly / sloth etc sanctuaries could only be done with a guide at set times
