Such a fun experience! Guides were professional and funny! Jorgie was my guide for the rafting. He was especially good. There was a special surprise at the end:a sugarcane demo! It was a fun little way to wrap up the day. Would do again.

Beautiful
We had a blast! The zip line is very fun and we have zip lined a lot ( Thailand, Canada, US). The forest you walk through is absolutely beautiful ! The zipline is managed efficiently even though there are a lot of people at the start, it will naturally thin out as you go through each platform bc you don’t stay with a particular group and you do not have your own guide. There are zipline operators at each platform and you go at your own pace. We felt very safe and the views were absolutely fantastic !

Awesome adventure
Selvatura did an awesome job with our zip line adventure! All the staff are kind and reassuring. Byron and his crew made it fun and we always felt safe. If you come during the rainy season be sure to bring a light rain jacket and closed toe shoes. You are able to bring a small backpack with no problem. After zip lining we did the hanging bridge hike. It was cool to hike in the clouds and tops. We even saw a band of coatis! Would definitely book again!!!

A super fun way to see...
A super fun way to see the canopy! Fun for our whole family! Great value that included ziplines and hanging bridges. Do the Tarzan swing! And end doing Superman style!

Experience at the park = 👍, Communication = 👎.
The zip lines and suspension bridges were super fun! The park employees were very kind and made us feel at ease.
The major downside of this activity is the communication. Indeed, it is stated during the booking to email the organizer 24 hours before the activity to confirm the location and time of the pick-up with the shuttle. After 2 emails and 2 WhatsApp texts (which were seen), I did not receive a response. Later in the evening, I received a confirmation message from them, but they only responded to my emails the next day (during the activity). We found it unfortunate to have to set a reminder to write to them and to experience stress during the day just for them to send a response the day before without answering the questions sent. Furthermore, we were disappointed with the return shuttles. They operate at fixed times (1 PM, 2 PM…), which is acceptable, but the 1 PM shuttle left at 12:40 PM. We were lucky because we saw it, so we ran, but it is possible that other groups had to wait for another hour since this one left earlier than expected.
