Our driver Sergio was great! Very friendly. We had two drivers arrive for us. I think the company made a mistake but all was well!!
He was great. As soon as we came out of baggage claim door, right there he was with the sign. He was also pointing out landmarks etc on the way to hotel.

The driver had someone else in the car and never interacted with us. I just think some interaction should be required.

It was really hard to contact the tour company and make any time changes. The driver arrived on original time despite informing the company that the flight is delayed more than 3 hours and then they didn’t even bother to reschedule

They did not picked us up! Waited for them a hour! Send them message multiple times! Ended up getting a taxi!

Carlos was prompt and gave amazing service. My hotel was not accessible by car so he walked me to the door a few blocks away. Viator: please fix your app. There was no option on the app to set the pick up at the Madrid airport. It defaulted to a hotel pick up only.

We were not picked up at our s he filed time, 7:30am. We had to call a cab and wait. We barely made it to the airport in time and had to run to catch our flight! Terrible experience. I want a full refund!
