I booked a private transfer with Sunny Tours Shanghai from Pudong Airport to Hongqiao Railway Station on 3rd July 2023. One day before the pickup, I received a call from Ms Sunny for arrival flight detail and departure train schedule at Hongqiao Railway Station. Quickly Ms Sunny informed me that the timing is very tight and might not have time to catch my train as this was my first time in Shanghai. Quickly I made amendments to my schedule and all is well. At the airport, the driver holds a placard with my name at the arrival gate and helps with my luggage. The driver was courteous and friendly and most importantly drive safely. I am very happy with the services provided by Sunny Tours Shanghai and recommended to my friends and business associates to use their service when in Shanghai.
