Fantastic service in all aspects. I was contacted by Miss Sunny in advance who checked the timing of my train to make sure there was enough time to make the connection. The driver was waiting in an obvious spot with my name cleraly visible. Miss Sunny also gave me a way of contacting her if there were any problem. The driver took my bags for me which was nice as i was tired from the journey. The car was spacious and spotless with a complimentary water. The driver used a translation app to communicate with me. The drive was smooth and felt safe. Afterwards Miss Sunny contacted me to make sure I had no issues. Would highly recommend in the future.

I am very happy with the excellent service provided by Sunny Tours Shanghai.
I booked a private transfer with Sunny Tours Shanghai from Pudong Airport to Hongqiao Railway Station on 3rd July 2023. One day before the pickup, I received a call from Ms Sunny for arrival flight detail and departure train schedule at Hongqiao Railway Station. Quickly Ms Sunny informed me that the timing is very tight and might not have time to catch my train as this was my first time in Shanghai.
Quickly I made amendments to my schedule and all is well.
At the airport, the driver holds a placard with my name at the arrival gate and helps with my luggage. The driver was courteous and friendly and most importantly drive safely.
I am very happy with the services provided by Sunny Tours Shanghai and recommended to my friends and business associates to use their service when in Shanghai.
