We had booked a trip on july 24th - swiss riviera private tour and no one showed up. Visitor will refund us anyways after 3-4 days but it ruined the day for us .
I booked the private tour via Viator with GVA Transfers SARL and they didn’t show up on the day of the tour. I tried contacting them in every way possible, but they never responded. Viator did refund me very promptly, but all the hours I wasted waiting for them in Switzerland cannot be paid back.
Absolutely a wonderful journey along the lake. It was beautiful. We were able to see the sites at our pace. Joannis was a great driver.

Tour guide was on time to pick up. The drive was very comfortable and scenic. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Trip to the chocolate factory was amazing 😊

The driver was very accommodating. We were able to see so much of the area. He customized for us to see what we were interested in touring. Very good tour.

Seeing a waterfall and miles of vineyards and our driver Awtailo made the whole experience wonderful . We enjoyed him as much as the countryside.

This review reflected the misrepresentation that the local agent made to its customers. In the description of its services, it offers private transportation and private guide. What we received was only the transportation part. The driver was kind and courteous enough to drive us along the Lake Geneva, but he was not familiar with the places or the cities on route nor any tourism info. As such, we felt we only got part what was advertised and what it was worth. The tour operator failed its job to provide full services as what it advertised.

However we are a bit surprised about it as we don't provide some tours with a driver and a guide, but only with driver/guide. Maybe you made a mistake and you didn't travel with us but with an other company which provide some tours with a real guide. It is just a driver. I would recommend as it is nice having someone drive. The Olympic Museum is a must as well as the Queen exhibition at the Casino. The castle walking tour by yourself is wonderful. We did not do the boat ride.

Please read the description since this is NOT a guided tour but just a driver who brings you to each location. The only redeeming factor on this tour is that the locations you are going to are great but the money you spend for a driver isn't worth it.

This is not a guided tour or drive, it is only a drive. Pretty overpriced Uber if you ask me. I was really looking forward to this day, but unfortunately our driver pretty rude and unpleasant. He offered no information about any of the places we visited or drove by on along the way, my fiancé and I were actually googling our questions in the back because when trying to ask we were met with such hostility. Not to mention he was a poor driver, stomped on the break regularly, and had a temper. I hope he was just having a bad day and this isn’t usually like this, but his bad day came at a high cost for us… I gave 2 stars because the sights of course were still beautiful when we got out and at least there was AC.
