We had booked the night before this tour. We would be picked up at half past 6 at the location we indicated. We have never been picked up and have tried to contact in various ways but nothing is and was responded to. We've been waiting 1.5. Contact sought via email, phone and whatsapp. The money has been written off and we still don't get any response. You lousy company! Scammers!
you will be blessed with an amazing day filled with a few of the best experiences in Oaxaca! Our driver and Edelmira (the host ) were professional and very kind . I feel we made a friend. We have no negative experience, only positive feedback. It is a trip I highly recommend.
Stunning views of this place, 2 years ago we could not visit, but if you come for the first time, you have to take this tour, do not feel pressure to buy and also the logistics and coordination was great, there was a demonstration along the way but our driver looked for alternate ways to get there, he was our hero!! This agency strives to provide better service and they are achieving it!!
I highly recommend this Hierve el Agua Early Tour with Enjoy Oaxaca! It's a fantastic day trip. What made it great was how organized everything was. I loved that the admissions fees were already included—it makes the day so much smoother. Also, Ariana was amazing; she stayed in contact with me and was super helpful with all the details. We actually ran into a road block, but our driver was a total pro. He knew exactly what to do, quickly found an alternate route, and made sure we got there with plenty of time to enjoy the site. Overall, a smooth, professional, and awesome tour. Definitely book this one!

Clay drove us directly to the waterfall site. Beautiful mountains all around. The two hours he allowed there were just right amount of time to take the hike to the foot of the fall and take a dip in the pool. Then lunch at a small place close to the Falls was excellent. The weaving demo was fascinating on how they made the dyes and spun the wall and woven the rugs. On the way back, he stopped at the Tule tree on our request since we were the only two on the tour. Excellent tour.
We had a great trip with Sebastián, Hierve el Agua was beautiful and would definitely recommend spending 2.5-3 hours there! Lunch was delicious and we loved the weaving tour at the end.
My sister and I booked this tour and absolutely loved it. It was our favorite part of our trip to Oaxaca. Arriving early before all the other tourists was amazing, because we got to experience it all to ourselves which was so special. Our driver was great and the whole experience was very rich and fulfilling. Highly recommend this tour!
