Great experience with great pictures!
The guide was very professional guiding us through the tubing. 2 of them follow the group (it was just 3 boats so it was great) through the river and make sure everything is fine. We did this experience because it was our first time and we were with a 8 y.o. who does not like thrill rides. The waves and dips were very gentle and mellow. We decided we will be ready to take on a "crazier" ride next time!
Gekko didn't let us took our own phone while we saw other tours allowed the guests brought theirs. But at the end, I think it make sense because we would not be able to capture what the guides did. The pictures/videos they took were great and pretty cheap.
The shower and changing facility is not grand but did the job.
If the company is reading my review, I would hope the guides are paid fairly. They were great!

Great for anyone who wants a river adventure without as much danger (great for young families)!
First of all, there are 2 TripAdvisor profiles for Gekko but they are the same company from what I can tell. Either way, the tubing was a lot of fun and I encourage you to go. We chose river tubing over river rafting because I have a 12 year old and a 9 year old and this was much safer. Good for anyone who wants a river adventure without as much danger. There were still some rapids but the guides follow along closely and made it very safe for everyone. Natural waterfalls were beautiful and it was very quiet along the river, making it feel pretty private/special. I was told not to bring a phone/camera and I made the mistake of not bringing one at all to the venue - only to find out they had lockers at the starting point where we could have placed my phone. Best way to contact them is through WhatsApp. Have fun!
