Indeed our first flight was average, takeoff far behind the cotton castle "the beautiful white travertines" and the Hierapolis site, ascent to altitude where we saw the expected site from very far away and chaotic landing practically at the same place as our takeoff, a flight of practically 1 hour on the spot without interest knowing that many hot air balloons that took off from the same place as us flew over the cotton castle "the beautiful white travertines" and the Hierapolis site. Given that we could no longer cancel the second flight, we did it and it was magnificent, new pilot, takeoff at sunrise in front of the cotton castle "the beautiful white travertines" and the Hierapolis site, everything was smooth, ascent to altitude and descent lower down in front of the expected site was superb. Pick-up at our hotel, 1-hour flight, correct landing, a glass of something resembling champagne, and transport back to our hotel. Given that our first flight was average, we cannot recommend Pamukkale Hot Air Balloon Flight.

Early start for the sunrise over the mountains but well worth it. Would definitely do it again. Our pilot Ali was fabulous. Felt really safe during the flight.

Did hot air balloon ride a couple of days ago, and it was amazing! We were a group of 5, got picked up at hotel on time, went directly to ballon, took off quickly, and experienced a very smooth, and beautiful time! The flight was superb, no problems, and we flew over Pamukkale and the town. Landing was very smooth. Ugur was terrific, as was the entire crew for boarding and landing! Bought the video, love it! Highly recommend this ride. Nothing scary about it, and a memorable experience!

Had 2 days,of cancelled flights at Cappadocia, but 3rd time lucky! Flew right over Pamukkale Cotton Castle, and,no wind,so just hovered over it gently spinning for 45 mins. Ballooon was already inflated when we arrived, so got straight in and took off. Perfect!

It was far below the expections, we booked 5.30 flight, it was much costlier than the 6.30 flight we were given(around 15 euros per person) , it was hardly 30 minute, it didn't go over travertines.

Please note that flight routes depend on weather and wind conditions, and balloons cannot be steered, so flying directly over the travertines is not always possible. We appreciate your understanding.
