I booked this to guided tour as advertised to visit Antalya city sites. I would like to highlight a few issues if I may. 1. Start time was supose to be 7.50 when I called the number on time the driver said 8.20. I waited at the gates until 8.40. Somebode called to say I wasnt there. I told them I was at the gate then somebody came to pick me up. 2. The AC on the car was not working properly for everybody to have comfortable journey as it was very hot on the day we visited. 3. There was no guide service from the guide, rather taking us only to limited places and pushing us to go with his planned schedule. 4. Unprofessional guide, doesnt know how to talk with tourists. At points he had made racist remarks! 5. People booked different things but this tour combined everyones visit into one unfortinately. We ended up going to the waterfall, going on a boat trip having lunch and then 2 hours free time instead of city tour! 6. Had to pay more to complete my day as lunch and boat trip was now coming as extra. 7. After dropping everyone off the driver forgot to drop us and went to the bus stand. He then realised we were still sitting in the bus and then rushed us back to the hotel! Whilst on the trip we met with allot of people and there were guides taking people to the same places us as and doing same activities even having lunch in same restaurant! This made me wonder how many people may have booked different activities/packages but all seemed to do end up doing the same thing ! I think the visit to Antalya city was good (excluding the bad service and management of the trip by the organisers) as we got to see some nice places. Its a bit if a shame that we didnt get the service to explore the city further nevertheless I think we done well although having to pay more!

'Mete' the tour operator gave us a heart attack. Luckily we texted her the night before because she didn't have an idea of our pickup at the hotel and she was not nice. We had a good trip with a nice guy driving the bus. We had not a lot of airco though so it was really hot. But for this price of 23 euro's i would recommend it. The waterfalls where nice and we had 5 hours in the city.

We were startled by the travel operator who suddenly thought this tour did not exist. If we hadn't sent the night before they wouldn't have picked us up I'm afraid. After a lot of chatting there was suddenly transport and a tour. Outside the stressful evening the coach leader (he does not guide) was very friendly and we had a nice day with waterfalls and 5 hours of free time in the Antalya. Basically just transportation to 2 places and back. No air conditioning on the bus. For the price of 20 euros doable.

We never got picked up. After 2, 3 hours of trying to get an answer from the operator they replied saying the pickup shuttle went to a different hotel and they won't come back. We just waited at the hotel reception for 3 hours as we have been asked the previous day by the operator. RUINED OUR LAST DAY OF HOLIDAY. We really wanted to see Antalya and the waterfalls. That was one of our main targets for this holiday. Absolutely disgusted with the way we have been treated.

If you’re not over the age of 40 it’s not for you - need more time at the waterfalls rather than the city, only go if you want to go shopping for 3 hours or if you’re a die hard tourist. Although if you travel sick, your guide will stop for you to throw up.

We had a wonderful tour. The corrospondance with Ilkem was great. Very responsive to WhatsApp messages. Great communication throughout. We had a great time wandering the lovely Antalya. The stop off at the waterfalls was a great added extra. Highly recommend.

Punctuality and professionalism. Always ready to help. and go on extra mile. Hospitality is vital for tourists to adopt to new country's culture and traditions.

Waterfalls and Antalya Old Town. We were really looking forward to the Cable car but it doesn't open till April.
