集合場所で待ち合わせ、タンボパタ国立保護区での1日アドベンチャーを開始します。 マドレ・デ・ディオス川に沿って45分間航海し、熱帯雨林を抜ける3 - kmのハイキングのスタート地点に向かいます。このハイキングでは、印象的なサンドバル湖へと向かいます。 ピラニアや様々な野生動物が生息する湖に着いたら、手漕ぎボートに乗って地元の動物を間近で観察します。 鵜、ジャカナ、ピューマサギなどの鳥類や、ハウラーモンキー、キツツキ、ナマケモノ、そして少し運が良ければ、オオカワウソやカイマンも見ることができます。 探索の後は、十分な休憩と美味しい伝統的なランチを楽しみます：米、鶏肉、卵、オリーブで準備され、ビジャオの葉で包まれたフアン。 最後にプエルト・マルドナドへ船で戻ります。ここで体験は終了です。

Excellent experience that we recommend for its variety of activities in a single day: boat ride on the Madre de Dios River, walking crossing, and detailed explanations by our excellent guide Darwin about the wildlife and flora encountered, visit to Sandoval Lake where we observed several caimans, different monkeys, and birds like kingfishers and others. We thank Darwin again for his explanations as a confirmed guide and his patience.
Don't have your hopes up too high - you need to be lucky to spot animals. If you don't see any, the trip is rather mediocre, although the boardwalk path is nice. I imagine if you do spot animals, it's a lovely trip overall.
Darwin is a very good, insightful guide who takes the time to find the animals and provide as many explanations as possible. Great experience!
