We had a great experience. Our guide Uday was really nice, interactive and guided so well all throughout the tour. The entire tour was well planned and we enjoyed our day.

Very effective in experiencing Dubai in one day - covering key points of key spot in city in half day while subsequently desert tour. The guides are also making a difference to the experience. Uday is a very knowledgeable and friendly guide. Heartwarming and good for city tour. Faisal gave adventurous ride in the dessert and smooth driver. And both are good with helping on creative photoshoot :)

Anwar was my guide for the evening tour. He was thoughtful and caring, ensuring all my needs were met. He explained everything that was going to happen, how long things would take, and things to be aware of. So glad to have had him as my guide!

This combo tour turned out to be two separate tours - which was not explained at the time of booking. There is not enough time to sufficiently do both in one day as advertised. The morning tour was great but very rushed. No time to shop in the souk and we returned late meaning that we missed our lunch at our hotel and the tour guide had to contact Viator to ask the second tour guide to start later. We then got a message from Viator to say that if we are more than 10 mins late, you would cancel our booking as a no-show - as if it was our fault. The evening excursion was also very nice but we misrepresented that the quad-biking was included. We were very surprised to learn that we were expected to pay more for this!

City Tour. Vehicle was not well maintained. Very tired. Could not see well out the windows. Not a great vehicle for siteseeing. I could not find seatbelt clips. Stuck under seat. Handles above doors broken . Unfortunatly although driver was very pleasant we could not understand him. I felt the Hop on hop off bus would hv been a better choice Evening Safari Tour. Great driver over the sand dunes very exciting ,great vehicle. There was a 1/2 hr hold up between sand dune ride and getting to the camp ( we sat in vehicke whilst driver was elsewhere) which caused us to miss sunset at the camp. No belly dancers as advertised when we booked. Was looking forward to authentic music but was very loud western music. Food was nice. Henna hand painted finger ( hv to pay extra for whole hand) came off before we headed home. A nice taste of desert but not authentic as advertised

This tour was 2 separate excursions, 1 in the am and the 2nd in the pm with different guides and transportation arrangements. Our first guide Uday was wonderful. He took us to different Dubai sites, masterfully explaining the history of each location. He even bought each of us a shawarma and a drink before taking us on an Abaya to the gold and spice souk. This was a great experience but we wished we could have spent more time at the gold souk which consisted of an absurd number of stalls, filled to the brim with gold jewelry 🥰. The 2nd tour guide Sajeer was awesome. He took us to the desert safari which was a great experience. The desert was beautiful and the activities were great; the dune bashing was thrilling and fun, the sandboarding was fun and exhausting and overall the experience was awesome.

Excellent and friendly guide. Convenient pickup from a hotel. Great content of the trip for a quick Dubai “must go” places. Bonus, nice shoarma and boat trip included.

Uday was very good. He gave lot of information & explained things properly. I would recommend this tour for first time travelling in Dubai.

Had a great time at the different spots. There were a lot of good stops. Each dropoff location was well selected for photos. The guide, Uday, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even gave us tips on identifying quality of goods at the market.
