I received a complimentary pickup and the service was great for me and my husband, we arrived in an hour from the airport to our hotel by modern and comfortable car

We had booked our transfer for 7am and no car arrived. When the hotel contacted the transfer company, they were told that the driver had slept in. After chasing multiple times, the car eventually showed up at 7h33 - more than 30 minutes late and leaving us short on time to get to the airport. The driver did not even acknowledge us/say hello, or apologise for his tardiness. He then spent the journey coughing violently (covid?) and driving like a lunatic. This company is not reliable in my experience.

We fully understand how stressful it is to rely on an early transfer for an airport departure, and we are genuinely sorry for the delay caused by the driver. Oversleeping is unacceptable, and we have taken immediate internal action to ensure this does not happen again. Additionally, the lack of greeting, the absence of an apology, and the uncomfortable driving behavior you described do not reflect our company values.
