My flight was on 26 January, scheduled at 12:45 PM. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience during the flight. My tandem instructor showed a very bad attitude. He was not friendly when I tried to communicate, and his behavior felt unprofessional and uncomfortable, even giving the impression of being disrespectful. In addition, the videographer was also very disappointing. I noticed that other videographers took time to ask customers questions and made an effort to create a fun experience before the flight. However, my videographer did not interact with me at all—he only explained the rules and nothing more. As a result, the experience did not feel enjoyable at all. I felt very annoyed and disappointed, especially considering that this is a premium experience that we pay a lot of money for, expecting excitement and good service—not a bad experience. I sincerely hope you can evaluate the performance and attitude of the tandem instructor and the videographer involved, so this does not happen to other customers in the future. The only positive part of this experience was that the flight itself was safe. Additionally, I still have not received my video, even though it has been 3 days since the flight. Your sales team promised that the video would be delivered within a maximum of 2 days after the flight, which has not been fulfilled.

I booked my skydiving adventure through Mayra Tours, and everything was perfectly arranged. Communication was smooth, all instructions were clear, and the team was very professional.
