Excellent excursion choice
An excellent sail up the amalfi coast, with narration from a tour guide. Easy on /off literally at bow of the cruise ship

I booked in Spanish and they did NOT provide a Spanish-speaking guide.
They are intermediaries, they do not run excursions, they subcontract them to local companies, they neither organize nor run them; there are other companies, do not book with them if there are other options. I booked 2 tours in Spanish with them, but there was no Spanish-speaking guide. All the information about the coast, the history, and interesting facts was given entirely in English and Italian; we did not understand anything. I messaged them on WhatsApp during the tour telling them there was no Spanish-speaking guide, then I messaged them again and they never replied. They do not care that they did not provide the service to you, a service that, furthermore, they do not provide themselves; it is subcontracted. A black hole if you have a problem; no one responds or takes responsibility.

Usted afirma que «nadie responde ni se hace cargo», pero **le devolvimos la totalidad del importe para resolver su reclamación**. Para una empresa que supuestamente se desentiende de sus clientes, no es precisamente un detalle menor. En la ficha de la actividad se indicaban **italiano e inglés** como idiomas del servicio. Entendemos que usted esperaba explicaciones en español, pero esa expectativa no coincidía con la descripción publicada. Aun así, optamos por solucionar la discrepancia mediante un reembolso íntegro. Respecto a que somos intermediarios: efectivamente, somos una agencia y colaboramos con operadores locales. Trabajar con colaboradores no significa abandonar a nuestros clientes ni convierte nuestra empresa en un «agujero negro». En su caso, asumimos una solución económica completa. El reembolso no le impide expresar su descontento ni borra lo que usted considere mejorable. Pero publicar, casi un mes después, que nadie se responsabilizó **sin mencionar cómo se resolvió su reclamación** ofrece a otros viajeros una versión incompleta de lo sucedido. Detrás de esta agencia hay mujeres y hombres que trabajan con esfuerzo, responsabilidad y honestidad. Aceptamos las críticas y revisamos los problemas, pero también pedimos respeto por nuestro trabajo y precisión al explicar los hechos. **Puede contar que la experiencia no fue la que esperaba. Lo justo es contar también que recibió un reembolso completo.**

Fun day on the Amalfi coast
The crew and the boat were fantastic. The boat was clean and plenty of seats. There’s plenty of shade up top or you could stay down below in the air condition. The spots they took us to to swim was amazing and the Amalfi Coast cruise was great.

Trip up to Amalfi on the water
Excellent trip from cruise ship to Amalfi, free time exploring and then back to cruise ship again! Highly recommend as it’s a great way to see the coastline and it’s relaxing and enjoyable to be on the water on a smaller boat!

Water taxi, good value for money
Good value for money. It is essentially a water taxi from the cruise port from Salerno to Amalfi and back (2.5 hours in Amalfi), with a 15 minute stop along the way to swim. The guide pointed out a couple things along the way, but it wasn't really a tour. The 5.5 hours trip time definitely includes buffer time since ours was only about 4.5 (11:00-15:40). Overall, nice.

This was a very nice excursion. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It was very easy to access as it was very close to the cruise ship. I highly recomment this excursion ,
