We waited over an hour at the airport for our ride. We were told he would be back in ten minutes and that turned into an hour. They finally just found another driver. The new driver was great.
Initially had clear emailed communication confirming details and two car seats for our small children. On arrival, company did not have us on list. Had to wait for a new driver, no car seats, no A/C or water as advertised. Emailed asking for confirmation on return from hotel to airport and no response. Do not recommend if you want reliable transportation.
I had a terrible experience with JACONNECTTOURS. The driver failed to show up at the airport as scheduled. After spending time searching for them and asking around, we eventually found a lady who was able to reach the driver by phone. To my shock, instead of apologizing for being absent, the driver from JACONNECTTOURS demanded more money. He claimed that the rate charged by TripAdvisor was incorrect and refused to honor the booking unless I paid extra. It was incredibly unprofessional to hide behind a phone and ask for more cash after failing to even meet us at the arrivals hall. Had he shown up to speak with me in person, I might have at least listened, but this felt like a complete shakedown. I immediately canceled the booking and requested a full refund. I ended up taking an Uber instead, which was actually cheaper—and the service was so good I was happy to leave a generous tip. TripAdvisor, you should seriously consider removing JACONNECTTOURS from your platform. They are unreliable and predatory. Save yourself the headache and just book an Uber or a different reputable service.

Had the best experience! The team was fast, responsive, and incredibly helpful. I was facing my own personal small issue during checkout, and the driver and staff were very patient, polite, and accommodating. Bentley was especially kind and truly the best. Overall, excellent service—10/10. Highly recommend booking with them!
Prefer to use private transport. I chose this company JaConnecttours and they did not disappoint me. Great company nice drivers and would recommend highly.
Excellent service, on time and courteous. Exit the airport and look for staff who will call the driver from jaconnectour. Clean vehicle! Highly recommended!
Hard to reach them by email, or by whatsapp and you only have Wi-Fi! We waited 30 minutes, after our arrival and people working at the airport started to contact them. Driver rt benefit in the end. All right, except this problem... I wait for the return!
