Terrible experience. They did not follow the contracted itinerary, the guides were rude and I have been waiting for a refund for more than 2 months without receiving a solution. I do not recommend this agency due to the lack of professionalism and customer service.

please do not book with this agency, they scammed us out of more than 2,000 dollars, a group of 15 people, there were some tours to the snow that we were unable to take with them and they will not refund our money. if you are going to book with them, do it through a platform that ensures that if the tour is canceled, you do not get scammed.

I highly recommend, I had a great experience, I was with family, we did the panoramic Andes with guide Coqueiro and the Cajon del Maipo with guide Luiz, we will return to Brazil full of memories, service/guide 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The tour was excellent, the driver very punctual and the guide very professional. The guide's Portuguese was perfect and he explained a lot about the history and culture of the mountain range. 10/10 experience, highly recommend.

They mentioned that we would go to a park where there was no entrance fee; they also mentioned that they would provide a breakfast that they did not provide. The guide was kind, but at the places where they dropped us off, they only told us what time they would pick us up, but they didn't tell us what could be done at the place or give us any recommendations. The whole way there was spent talking with the driver, and on the way back, there was reggaeton music that I don't like and it was a bit loud.

It was an unforgettable tour, and the picnic organized by him at the end, with views of the Cordillera, was one of the most striking moments of the trip. Gabriel was extremely attentive, organized and transmitted a lot of safety throughout the journey. During our stay we made the tours to Portillo, Valle Nevado, El Colorado, Safari Park, Concha y Toro and Andes Panorâmico, and all exceeded our expectations. It is very good to travel knowing that there is a serious, committed team that really delivers what it promises. At no time have we had concerns about schedules, organization or logistics. Everything worked perfectly. Without a doubt, when we return to Chile, we will make new tours with Aprendi to Travel.
