The van showed up right on time. Gave us a safe, efficient and courteous trip. Driver was very friendly.
The viator booking was easy to make. Later when I had the specific address they were receptive to my correspondence and had a reply to me in a short amount of time. They understood what my concern was and helped answer where I confidently was able to leave it in their hands, no worries.

This was definitely the easiest and most familiar way to get from the airport to our hotel. We used this service on arrival and on leaving Honolulu. It was nice that the driver remember us from days earlier and asked about our adventures.
