Due to large crowds in London and terrible traffic, we missed our dinner cruise. Took 25 minutes to get a taxi then 45 minutes to reach destination from our hotel, which was only 3 miles away. You must prepare far in advance on the Saturday in London!!!
Nice cruise. Food was good. Very good service. Apologize for forgetting the singer’s name, but she had an amazing voice. Fun night!
Unno organized dinner almost an hour between starter and dinner, boat was late coming to pick us up at start. City views at night were great, but would eat. First and take just a night cruise with no dinner next time.
A lovely boat ride watching the night lights go by along the Thames is as good as it gets Average food, no coffee or tea after dinner. Had the VIP package and was told we would get dessert wine. They actually served the chilled dessert wine with the cheese course, totally unacceptable. They took ages to clear the empty plates away between courses. The singer wasn't great and the music way too loud to allow us the chat with fellow guests. Most of the food was cold, pre prepared and laid out on long tables ready to be sent to tables as we got on the boat. Then the boat stops to get the hot main meal aboard. £376 is rather excessive for the actual experience which was rather disappointing
Dinner and service was excellent. The views were very nice. We did the VIP service which made the whole event much more memorable
We highly recommend this experience! We did upgrade to sit right at the window and that was extremely worth it. The food was fine but the views and everything we were able to see from the water really made the experience worth it.
A very nice experience to see the sights at night. Thoroughly recommend it, meal was great and the s3 hours goes by fast.
Food was ok. No guidance on what we were passing and how to get good pictures. The music was decent.
Finding the boat was anything but easy which is why I gave it 4 stars. You would thi k that they'd have this down by now. Aside from that the food was good and the staff provided excellent customer service.
This was a great boat trip. The food was very good. It would have been nice if a guide could have pointed out sites as we went along the river. It was fine for me but foreign visitors didn’t know what they were looking at.
