Very easy instructions to get to meeting point! Our tour guide was amazing and the photos the offer are beautiful! I recommend going toward sunset it was so beautiful!

Loved the boat and visit. The guide spoke both English and Spanish but did not translate for us the questions that the people asked in Spanish so we did not feel included in this part of the trip.

The cost was not worth it. They charged us more when we got there. They said it was three hours, but it was a 1/2 hr trip on the boat. When we were done an hour earlier than planned, they would not take us back to our hotel. We had to wait, and it was soooo hot. We just walked back. They would not give us a credit for the return transportation we paid for. NOT RECOMMENDED
Kimb, we’re sorry you had to wait in the heat. The boat tour lasts approximately 50 minutes; the total experience time includes hotel pickup and the shared return transfer, which departs at a scheduled time. We did not make that clear enough, and that’s on us. We’ve refunded the unused return portion and updated our listing so the timing and dock fee are clear before booking.
The clear boat was exactly as described, with great views of the Arch and time for our own photos. Definitely worth it.

Great experience, be on time and also make sure to bring socks or shoe covers or else they will have you take off your shoes on the boat. The staff are nice and took good photos. Felt safe the whole time. Also note if you have motion sickness take some before because depending on the tides that day it can be huge swings

We were really looking forward to this and getting a good picture to redo a picture we had done last year. Sadly that didn’t happen. After a couple got a complete photo shoot of individuals & multiple different positions of couple shots the guide Oscar skipped over us until I asked if we could get a chance. It made it very uncomfortable. I think your tour guides should be helpful & considerate of all the customers. I am so glad the couple got beautiful pictures they were a beautiful couple I just wish we were both made to feel like we were bothering him by asking for pictures of us.

The fully acrylic boat is cool, especially when they pulled up to the reef where we could see a lot of fish. They also take you to the arch, which is cool. The ocean was pretty rough for our trip, but the driver was excellent and we felt safe the entire time. The main downside is just the large number of tourist boats doing the same thing at the same time. In addition, the tour guide is also a professional photographer so we spent a long time (maybe 30 minutes) while each group had their pictures taken in front of the arch. Then they take you back to the office afterwards so they can sell the pictures to you. I would have rather have them give us a few minutes to take our own pictures, then use the saved time to show us other interesting sights.

They put you on a boat for 20 minutes take pictures if your of Caucasian decent photographer is more than happy to assist you with posing and to make matters worse they charge you over 100 dollars for pictures this is straight bull crap know before you go

We saw plenty of fish, had time for our own pictures, and never felt rushed. No pressure to buy photos either.
