I booked the Zanzibar Airport Private Taxi Shuttle van few months before the trip, I continuously kept receiving reminders about the trip, I even messaged the service provider (Zanspice Tours) 48 hours before arrival giving them my flight details and asking them for the driver contact details, they responded (Everything is Fine). After I arrived Zanzibar Airport, I waited outside for 30 minutes looking for the driver with my name board with no luck, I eventually searched the booking App and tried to call some phone number but no response. Finally I used WhatsApp to message the tour operator and they responded saying the driver is on his way. The driver finally arrived 1 hour after the flight landed with sleepy eyes. Terrible Service, Don’t use this tour operator.

Excellent communication from Viator and taxi company. Driver waited patiently for us to arrive as we had an hour’s delay at the airport. Driver was friendly, pleasant and courteous. Vehicle was clean and road worthy.

The driver was waiting outside for us with a sign even though we were about 2 hours late arriving due to a flight delay and immigration. He was great and answered any questions we had.
