Fantastic customer service and help for our family - when a storm that wasn’t forecasted hit San Antonio. Paulo and his team were a great help to ensure that the wife and kids were all safe. They collected us from a location we shared via WhatsApp as it was not safe to sail the boat back to the meeting point. We had 3 hours of great sunshine whilst on the boat, which made the trip well worth it. Thanks again!

We hired a boat and had a €300 deposit withheld under false pretences. The staff member (“David”) gave only the briefest instructions, pointed vaguely at a map, and never explained any so-called “non-permissible” or “dangerous” areas. On return, he claimed the GPS showed we had left the permitted zone and refused to return our deposit. When I showed proof of the area we were sent, he refused to listen and said it was not his decision. Attempts to speak with a manager were ignored. Shockingly, when we refused to leave the boat without clarification, David became aggressive, shouted, waved his fist in my face, and even started the engine to push us back out to sea. This was threatening and reckless behaviour. The company later claimed we entered an “extremely dangerous” area – yet made no attempt to contact us at the time to check on our safety. Their own policy documents make no mention of deposits being withheld for this reason. It is nothing short of a scam. To make matters worse, when I made repeated attempts to contact the company owners to resolve this, they accused me of “harassment,” threatened to report me to the Spanish police, then blocked all communication. They have made no genuine attempt to resolve the issue. This company is dishonest, unsafe, and treats customers appallingly. Do not book with them.
We must clarify the situation as your review does not reflect the facts. Before departure, you signed a rental contract which clearly specifies the navigation limits (Cala Comte to the east, Sa Conillera to the west, and a maximum of 2 miles from the coast). The same contract also states that if these limits are exceeded, €300 will be withheld from the deposit. This condition was explained to you before leaving, and you were shown the navigation maps and a video with the instructions. Upon your return, we presented you with the GPS images that clearly prove you went beyond the permitted zone. Despite this evidence, you have continued to accuse us online of dishonesty. The retention of your deposit was not arbitrary; it was applied exactly as written in the signed contract and supported by GPS proof. We strongly reject your description of our staff. At no point was there any aggression or physical threat; our team always acts professionally. Safety is our top priority, and when customers enter restricted or dangerous zones, we rely on GPS tracking to review the situation after return. Unfortunately, your actions have gone beyond a simple disagreement. You have repeatedly sent harassing messages, even involving our children, which is completely unacceptable. For this reason, we informed you that further harassment will be reported to the Spanish authorities. We treat all customers fairly and respectfully, and apply the same rules to everyone. Hundreds of satisfied clients enjoy our services every season without any issue. Unfortunately, in this case, your review does not reflect the reality of what occurred.

Nice experience. Able to see a lot of nice beaches, hidden coves and dive into the clear water. Sometimes a bit rough on the sea, but also a lot of fun!

It was a great time, owners were very responsive and even though we were a bit late, they were great!
Disgusting company. The boat broke down twice! And the guys couldn’t fix it. Told me something to do with the wiring. We got less than a hour on the boat, not 4 like I paid!!!!!!! Told me he was going to refund me Atleast 50% as we got an hour on it before it broke down again. I tried to contact the people since being home and they are ignoring my messages. So I requested a partial refund (I should have requested full!) and the company rejected it! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!
Dear customer, SINCE WE SEE THAT YOU HAVE TAKEN YOUR TIME TO LEAVE US SUCH A GOOD COMMENT, I STEP TO CLARIFY THE FOLLOWING: You had the reservation for June 24 and you called the same day at 10:30 in the morning saying that your daughter was feeling bad and if you had the option of changing for Wednesday, June 26. My wife Roxana and owner of the company, bypassing Trip Advisor's cancellation policies, had the consideration of changing the day without any type of penalty or extra charge. They left on June 26 with the boat and after 1 hour they called saying that the boat was not working correctly, my official went with our rescue boat and changed the boat since all our boats are new and in perfect condition. You reloaded the second boat in less than 1 hour, this being the second time, and then you requested a full refund. Honestly, we do not want and do not intend to work with inconsiderate, ill-educated, and liar clients like you. Best regards Paul
