This tour was not anything it was supposed to be. Haphazard at best. The tour company kept changing the itinerary to take up my whole day for their convenience. The cruise start time was supposed to be 9am- it was 1030 at the Louvre. The cruise was supposed to start at 9-but they started at 645pm. It screwed up my whole day. There was no stops at Eiffel Tower or Notre Dame. There was no Paris book given to me. Tour guide told us wrong boat to go to for cruise. We waited over an hour to get into the Louvre. Tour director Pedro sent 10 messages changing plans. Very confusing and disappointing tour. I use Viator for stress free tours but this was extremely stressful. I couldn’t cancel because there would be no refund. I was trapped. Save a headache -Don’t do this tour.

Regarding the Paris book, it was sent to the email address you provided immediately after you completed your booking confirmation form, please check your inbox or spam folder for that message. In our communication prior to the tour, we clearly stated that there would be no physical stops at the Eiffel Tower or Notre Dame, only guided views with commentary. We also did our best to respond promptly to your inquiries and kept all communication channels open to assist with any enquiry We’re very sorry to hear that the tour did not meet your expectations.
Yemisi was awesome, she had much fun facts and history to share . I learned more in this tour than I did in history class. We had ice cream and rested when we needed.
