Haven’t been on motorcycles for years but Lester (and assistant) were extremely patient with us and got us up to par! If you’re the least bit hesitant booking this trip, pull the trigger! It was so amazing and so much fun. Great way to see different areas around Antigua. We enjoyed seeing the weaving co-op, jade crafters, cocoa and liquor artisans and topping off the trip to Hobbitanango!! Far exceeded our expectations. Thank you!!!!

Alex was a great guide. Friendly, he brought us to see beautiful views and attractions. We learned a lot -also through the textile, jade and chocolate workplaces- and had fun driving a 250cc motorcycle in Guatemala. Our tour was somewhat different from what Tripadvisor states, maybe because we booked straight through the tour company due to Tripadvisor not having the option for driver+passenger.

We chose the motorcycle tour and had too much fun, we would like to repeat the next time we return. You visit villages around Antigua and you get the feeling that you get a little off the beaten path. The bikes are in very good condition. Amilca was lovely with us and very attentive. Highly recommended, I found it very funny and they taste just five hours away.

I really enjoyed this tour! I only have dirt bike riding experience so being on city streets was a little nerve racking at first but it ended up being fine. Our guide was really cool and I enjoyed the places we visited though most are tourist traps to have you buy stuff - no big deal. Ending at Hobbitenango was a lot of fun. I wouldn't hesitate to do the tour again.

Simoon was the right company to get to know Antigua in a different way. They are super easy to book and cover a lot. Our guide Erick was incredible at sharing a lot of information and knowing everything very well. SUPER recommended. 🫶🏼

WOW! This motorcycle tour allowed us to see the small regions/villages outside of Antigua. Quick and efficient, the tour company took us to the garage with the motorcycles and ATVs. We got a short lesson and were off following our AMAZING guide LESTER <3! We stopped at a women's textile co-op, a chocolate plantation, and got fruit in a small village with special spices from the region! Less gave us awesome facts and inside info that we would have NEVER known. We quickly became best friends over lunch overlooking Antigua from the mountains - we were not rushed at any stop and got help from Less ANYTIME we needed it. Our highlight was the HobbiTenengo spot where I learned the locals actually attend concerts here - it isn't just for nerds like me! The property was much bigger than we expected with so much to do and take photos of. Amazing drinks and food served as well! The final uphill journey to HobbiTenengo can only be accessed by motorcycle by the public, so the ATV tour had to wait for a ride at the bottom while the motorcycles were able to navigate the intimidating dirt/rock path. It was very scary but EMPOWERING!! and Lester was there to help us and make us feel comfortable with it! Wow am I so excited to say I CONQUERED IT! THANK YOU for the best day and best tour during our time in Guatemala!!! NOTE: the Motorcycle tour is separate from ATV tour because the ATVs don't go as fast so can't hit as many sights/stops :)

We had an amazing time with Lester riding two-up on some 250cc enduro bikes! He is a cool guy and took us to the base of Pacaya volcano, an artisanal chocolate shop, wine shop, Hobbingtenango, and offered to stop at Cerro de la Cruz, but we had to get back to our hotel. It was an action packed tour!

One of the best tours I’ve booked through Viator! Lester was such an incredible tour guide. He was so involved with the group and gave us so many facts about Guatemala and the culture. I would absolutely book this tour again with him. 1000000/10

I’m traveling 7 months in South America, it was the best day in may trip. After one day of this activity I feel I did everything I need to see in Antigua. I went motorcycling with a guide name Lucia, she was the best and I felt I’m traveling with a friend!! She showed my all about the local life from there work to there food, took my to the best view point that Antigua has and even we had luck sow we visit a local market, wedding and concert. Doing the activity in Saturday when the weather was good made it the best!
