This was a horrible experience. They picked us up 45 minutes past the scheduled time and they had horrible customer service and time management will not book with them again save your money don’t do it.
This was an outstanding tour we had a ball. Each of us got to drive and the tour guide was very professional.
We got to port at around 8. We got off the ship and to meet around 830. There were so many people doing buggy and ATV, but this company didn’t show up til close to 930. We called, other people called for us as well. When they finally got there the guy told us the buggy was being brought to us, so we had to wait more. Then when they got there they basically showed us buttons and left. No one told us there was a huge parade, and we ended up blocked in with the buggy for almost an hour. Our family ended up having to split up because kids aren’t that patient. For 2 hours we called the company and tried to get them to come get the buggy or tell us where to meet them, since the address they gave us was literally on a different island. When my husband finally got them to meet him at the cruise port the staff asked if he had fun. He said no, nobody told us about the parade and I’ve been trying to turn it in since you gave it to me. And the guy literally laughed at him. Worst company we have worked with in regards to any excursions in a port. 0/10. Do not recommend.
When I saw the picture and description it showed 2 ATV's and called Side by Side Beach Buggy Rentals. When I arrived they only had one, so I asked for the second one and they said you only get one. We had Six people in the group and they said you can fit 6 people in the one buggy. I was not happy, but they said that is what I ordered. Then I asked for a map of the island and where I could go on the beach with the buggy's. They had no map, no idea where I could get on a beach with the buggies. They did meet me right out of the security area, but I had to ask several people and finally found a guy standing along and asked if he was from Viking. He said yes and walked us a short block to the unit in front of a bar. So unprofessional. again I asked about the second unit for the Side by Side experience. They called someone and were told that is what they ordered. The unit was hard to get in gear and you were not sure it was until you stepped on the gas, then it would lurch forward. The smell of exhaust was bad a times. I had no idea where to go, so finally contacted my cell provider and had to paid for an international rate to use AT&T service in the Bahamas. I keep asking people where I could take the buggies on the beach. There was no beach that allowed you to drive on. I felt very mislead and not worth the money at all.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience this past Saturday. The vendor that was supposed to provide a 6-passenger buggy failed to deliver as agreed, leaving us waiting nearly 48 minutes for a replacement. This delay significantly impacted our plans and overall experience. To make matters worse, when a replacement vehicle finally arrived through a different vendor, we were told it would cost an additional $250 simply because it was a newer model. This was both unexpected and unacceptable, especially given that the inconvenience was not caused by us. The entire situation was frustrating and, quite honestly, embarrassing. Based on this experience, I will not be using this company again for any future excursions and will be sure to share my experience with others. I expect accountability and a proper resolution for the inconvenience and added stress this situation caused.

I mistakenly thought it was a guided tour it wasn’t. At least what I booked wasn’t. When the driver came to drop off the side by side I mentioned to him that I was concerned .he offered that they could do a guided tour. He did a great job very knowledgeable about the stops and area. Would recommend

The vehicle is not delivered at the port. The vehicle is not well maintained at all and rides super rough. The drop off experience is extremely shady with the vehicle being picked up by an unknown random person at a random drop off point. They do not offer any help or guidance in terms of local sight seeing

We had great communication with the tour operator, Viking Rentals. They brought the side by side to us just past the port. They also met us at the port when we brought it back. We enjoyed driving around Nassau for the day and would recommend it to others.
Rented Can Am side by side for the day out of Atlantis. Awesome service! My family and I got to explore Nassau Island!! Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to get out of the resorts and explore!!
