We arrived a little late and were informed that our booking time had already passed. We asked if it could be rescheduled, but they said it wasn’t possible, which meant we lost $70 for nothing. In the end, we had to make a completely new booking with someone else just to enjoy the experience. It was really disappointing and felt very unfair. I will recommend walking rather than booking

The quality of the bikes is very bad, like you guys really need to change everything. My people kept on falling because the balance was terrible. but we did have fun

Seamless and fun. The operator was very accommodating and gave us extra time to take photos. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone.

The pickup location changed to meetup location at the quad biking spot. I reached out to get some clarification but they never responded. It’s been 4 days since my event date and no response yet.

What an amazing experience! The staff is very friendly and kind. Me and my friends had a great time. A memory we will keep forever.

This company is a con. Experience not fulfilled. Turned up at the correct date/time (on a Wednesday) and was told by security to the Dunes that the Quad Biking experience never runs on a Wednesday, to which I replied that they had taken our booking. Nope, quad bikes were not even available on site and do not operate on a Wednesday. Beware of these con artists that take booking but do not fulfil the experience. I still have not been refunded my £50 paid for 2 people.

The quad biking experience was nice…beautiful and scenic. The only down side was that the guides asked us to pay an additional R500 when we got there. The fee we were told is a tourism fee. Not sure why this fee is not disclosed when you book online. The photo shoot is taken with your own phone, which I wouldn’t have paid for if I knew that as we actually took our own pics as well while we were there.

It was great!! 🔥😍my friend and I enjoyed! The guides were very nice and helpful, gave us enough time to take pictures and videos. It was overall the best experience!😍would definitely do it again !🤭

It isn’t worth the money spent. On top of that, there are hidden charges of 260 rands each, totaling 1,040 rands just for the so-called gate fee, not including the booking fees already paid online for the quad biking. This makes it feel like extortion. The quad bikes are old and worn out, mine couldn’t even accelerate properly when climbing hills, I feel like I got robbed genuinely.

We practically took our money and threw it down the drain. Our slot was booked for 11:00, but due to roadworks we arrived at 11:40. When we got there, after already paying R1500, we were told that we needed to rebook and pay an additional R1350. What made the situation even more frustrating was that there were open slots for the next group of people. However, we were told that appointments cannot be moved under any circumstances. So essentially, there were available slots — but only if we paid extra. Otherwise, it’s simply our loss. It really feels like the only thing that matters is the money, rather than trying to assist customers in a reasonable way. Needless to say we left and will make sure never to return
