They showed up a half hour late 😞 my booking was for an hour I was out 26 minutes All together I paid for an hour I was beat out of an half hour easy and FYI you have to pay to get in the park no included

My wife and I drove over an hour to get there - only for them to tell us that they didnt see our booking. So since they only made provision for the other people, we have to come back another day or request a refund. Its been more than 2 months and I'm still waiting for my refund. Its literally not even our fault and they cant care any less.

Buy tickets ehen you get there the company we booked with messed up and we didnt get to experience anything

We didn’t even go inside cause of an accident happened there inside the dune, and there’s no refund for that, so if you wanna book don’t book through here.

It was difficult to find the tour operator when we arrived at the dunes, and it’s possible we didn’t use the same one we booked with. We were asked to pay another R300 after paying the R490 online, this extra payment should have been advised from the onset.

We got there 20minutes before the time with no help. Then later on, one of guides from the other companies looked at our booking and told to wait for Godfrey or someone with an orange reflector, this was way past our booking time. Eventually the guy comes and says we must join a slot after our time. They are experiencing a crisis. Terrible experience with tripadvisor. Do better!

A bit chaotic at the start but the guy checking us in did a great job and our guide was very careful and looked after us very professionally. Great dunes for playing around on a quad. Would definitely do it again. Definitely best time is early week as the dunes were almost empty.

We arrived a little late and were informed that our booking time had already passed. We asked if it could be rescheduled, but they said it wasn’t possible, which meant we lost $70 for nothing. In the end, we had to make a completely new booking with someone else just to enjoy the experience. It was really disappointing and felt very unfair. I will recommend walking rather than booking

The quality of the bikes is very bad, like you guys really need to change everything. My people kept on falling because the balance was terrible. but we did have fun

Seamless and fun. The operator was very accommodating and gave us extra time to take photos. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone.
