The experience itself was wonderful! However, after walking 10 flights of stairs we found out our tickets from Vistor did not include the row and seat. It took 25 minutes for them to find our seats. They finally scanned the bar code.
Wonderfully the cast was amazing especially the Phantom Christine Roule and Charlotta the theatre was mesmerised by the performance lve seen this musical a few times but l think is the best
No trouble booking, great time. Just wish people would have turned off their phones, as a wildfire alert went out 5 minutes before start of the show.
Fabulous production Singers were superb as were the costumes and staging scenery.
If you have any mobility issues they are not accommodating. There was nothing that stated you needed to climb 70 steps. No lifts/elevators in the building. Did not get to see the performance and no refund issued because it was purchased through Viator.
The show is just spectacular! Loved it.
I fell on the way to the performance. I spent 6 hours in the emergency room at the hospital. Missed the entire show
Amazing production of Phantom of the Opera. Beautiful theater. Great and friendly staff. We recommend it!
We have seen Phantom before in a number of locations around the world but for us The London production will always be the original one. Whilst the tickets were not cheap, we sat in the stalls G13 & 14: had excellent legroom, a superb view and sat directly underneath the chandelier which was an incredible experience when it came down.
The show was absolutely phenomenal! The cast was wildly talented and we were mesmerized for the whole show.
