Captain was great. Disappointed in actual cruise. We did see dolphins, but really didn't travel very far. Thought we would see more sites. Ride was said to be an hour but was only 50 minutes.

I have shared my experience several times and you keep sending them! I realize a small company but no compassion or understanding. As I explained we arrived Sunday and after dinner one of our family members fell at the VRBO and went to ER. We were there until 4 am and she broke her kneecap and left hand. The doctors wouldn’t even let her stay at VRBO bc of stairs so had to stay at hotel. Another family member was dropping meds off to the hotel heading to the tour and collapsed in the parking lot of Holiday Inn. An ambulance was called to this location and we contacted your company before the tour to explain the issues. We were given the text back must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. We didn’t even make the reservations 24 in advance to make sure everyone makes the flights. There is no way either of those events could have been anticipated. It is not the way we wanted to spend our first 14 hours of our vacation! We didn’t ask for a refund wanted to see if could reschedule in the next few days. I hope none in your family or friends have a problem on vacation but if so maybe that company will show compassion and answer a phone instead of. Lunt text messages stating cancellation policy!

Our Captain Trent was a joyful and engaging host as well as very informative during our tour, he was very friendly, and a real joy Thank You Trent!

Enjoyed seeing the dolphins. The guide provided interesting information about the ships and boats we saw as well as some history information. Good to see USS Texas in such good condition and up close.

Fantastic experience! We saw many dolphins up close and the captain was excellent — friendly, professional, and full of interesting information. The harbor tour included was a great bonus, with wonderful views of the port and ships. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Galveston.

Everything was perfect from the start.. the captain, Trent, made the trip fun and enjoyable. He had a cute and fun playlist, knew where to find the dolphins and gave us a great view of Battleship Texas. He made my son’s dream come true!! Let him drive the boat!! Thank you for that!!

Sad to say that this experience was simply not worth the money. If you are hoping to get a historic tour of Galveston…be prepared for one historical fact. Then you are guided to see dolphins…which to sum it up; consists of the guide driving in a tight circle to “create waves” so we can hopefully see the top fins’ of a few dolphins. Then you head back and tour is over.
