Disappointed. We arrived at meeting point and no one was there. Eventually made contact with your provider and they didn’t know there was even a booking today and said they don’t use Viator much anymore. I’m sure the tour would have been good. We just didn’t get to go on it. Instead we got a, I’m sorry, you should ask for a refund.
Experienced a great whale watching tour today. La (our guide) was super friendly and knowledgeable but also super chill. It made for a relaxing, fun morning on the water. The Hobie kayaks were so worth it and I highly recommend these if you want your hands free to take pictures, fish or whatever. Got on some whales and could hear them singing which was a surreal and unique experience. Highly recommend booking with this business. You won't be disappointed. We will be back to fish with them next trip!
Loved our whale watching kayak tour with La! He made the entire experience enjoyable. The peddle kayaks were easy to navigate and enabled hands free use so we could take photos of the whales. Beautiful morning on the water. Will definitely be back.

La was a knowledgeable guide that kept us entertained the entire trip. The paddle kayaks were super easy to navigate and made the experience very relaxing. We saw a few whales and we felt safe out on the ocean. This is a great excursion for a peaceful stroll on the water with great views!

Really fun but should not advertise whale watching when the tour guide/ owner clearly stated there are no whales to see in may … could have reduced the price for a paddle kayak trip on the ocean for a few hours while he fished … we did have fun aside from the false advertising

This was an incredible experience. La and Andon were the best guides and made sure we had the experience of a lifetime. Loved the pedaling kayaks- it kept my hands free for taking video of the beautiful whales we came across. I would 10/10 do it again. Amazing.
Booked a tour with this company and my travel companion couldn't go. Contacted them weeks ahead for a refund of one. It took them weeks and then with only a few days left before I was leaving they said they were cancelling both, but still have yet to give me my refund. I was very excited about this and have done a similar tour with another company in the past who was very professional. Be careful with this company.
The whole crew were all so friendly, welcoming, and helpful! We had a great experience with Anton as our guide, saw lots of whales, and we never felt rushed or bothered, even spent extra time with him to watch him fish for cool fishies and had so much fun! Highly recommend the hand free kayaks, it was so much easier to kayak for hours straight, and also have free hands to take pictures or eat snacks :)
