A great trip to do and our guide was great. Viewing Etna and tasting the local wines and a very lovely winery. A very enjoyable excursion out of Taormina. Would recommend for any age

Giuliano was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, chatty and great fun. Both our visits were great, the first tasting was so authentic and Miss Rosalee was lovely. The lunch and tasting at the exclusive small vineyard was so quaint and enjoyable. The view, food and staff were great and we had an experience to remember.

Had a lovely day with my mom at Mt Etna thanks tour guide Corrado. We needed to take things a little slower, and he was endlessly patient and accommodating. Corrado had a wealth of knowledge about the volcano and the surrounding areas. Each stop was enjoyable- the local honey/wine stop, the lower mountain, the cave, the peak and the lunch/wine at the culmination. Very satisfactory experience and worth the cost.

Massimo was a fabulous guide- he was extremely knowledgeable and we learned so much on the tour about the region and history of Sicily. He tailored the trip to our desires and was flexible as to whether we wanted to hike or drive more around Mount Etna. The wine tasting and lunch was a great value for the money. We had a group of 4- and we all agreed this trip was a highlight of our 5 days in Taormina.

If you are looking for the perfect Sicilian experience, stop searching and book this tour. Our guide, Corrado Carpano, was the reason this day went from great to absolutely unforgettable. Corrado is incredibly knowledgeable about the region, from the volcanic geology of Mt. Etna to the local agriculture. He picked us up and immediately made us feel like friends rather than tourists. We started the day exploring the lunar landscapes of Mt. Etna, where we learned about the history of the volcano and even visited local producers to see how they make honey and other regional products. The tour culminated at the Vinilizzio winery, which was the highlight of the day. We enjoyed a fantastic, hearty full lunch paired with a comprehensive wine tasting. The food was delicious, the wines were excellent, and the views were spectacular. Corrado’s passion for Sicily is contagious. He paid attention to every detail and made sure we were comfortable and having fun the entire time. This was hands-down my favorite day during my entire trip to Sicily. I cannot recommend Corrado Carpano and this tour highly enough!
