A super insightful and delightful private tour. Carlos was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and passionate.
Dear Douglas, Thank you very much for your wonderful review. We are delighted to hear that you had such an insightful and enjoyable experience on our Cathedral and Giralda tour. We will certainly share your compliments with Carlos, who is indeed a valued and passionate member of our team. Best regards,
We were asked to change our start time, which wasn't an issue for us. When we arrived at the meeting point, we were lucky enough to have a private tour. Skipping the line was terrific and saved so much time. Our guide, Roberto, was incredibly knowledgeable. He took us to all of the major highlights in the massive cathedral and explained both historical facts and local folklore. Such an incredible amount of art and artifacts reside in this impressive building. We felt like we learned a lot about the cathedral and its significance in Seville. After our tour, we were given the tickets for visiting the tour, which affords amazing views over the city. Having a guide made all the difference while visiting. Highly recommend this company.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the direct entrance and had such a fantastic experience with Roberto. We truly appreciate your flexibility with the time change and your kind recommendation. We hope to welcome you back to Seville soon!
“Small group” in this case meant 30 people. The audio quality was also pretty poor. Tour was fine, and the cathedral/giralda tower was beautiful. To be honest if I could do it over again I’d just book the ticket with an audio tour. Price seems steep for what you get
Michael, Thank you for your feedback. This was an exceptional situation due to May 2nd being one of the busiest days of the year in Seville. Additionally, the Cathedral opened later than usual due to a religious event, which led to unusually high demand and larger groups than we normally operate. (about 10 people). We truly appreciate your comments regarding the audio system — the high volume of visitors can sometimes affect sound quality, and we are continuously working to improve this. We’re glad you still enjoyed the Cathedral and the Giralda, and we hope to offer you the small-group experience we are known for on another occasion.
Great tour! Our guide was fantastic and super kind. One in our party didn’t know shoulders had to be covered and he instantly purchased a shawl for her. Would highly recommend this tour!
Jennifer, thank you so much for the wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed your Tour to the Cathedral and Giralda. Our guides always strive to provide a seamless experience, and we’re glad he could help with the Cathedral dress code so your group could enjoy the direct entrance without any delays. Going the extra mile for our guests is what we do best! We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to see you again in Seville.
Our guide, Robert, was excellent. He met us and our group precisely where we were told. Audio hearing aid was great. Robert is an excellent guide. Clearly knowledgeable and passionate about his work. All he said was relevant, to the point, and instructive. His English was perfect. We booked this tour last minute and well worth it. Zero waiting to enter and exactly as tour description stated.

We were given the name of our guide the day before and instructions as to where to meet. Met with Robert who gave us a guided tour of the cathedral. Thoroughly enjoyed and glad we booked this experience as the Cathedral is a vast building and he pointed out the most important details. Highly recommend
