The entire experience was top-notch! When we arrived, we experienced a delay with TAS, which resulted in our pickup being about two hours later than the time we had provided. Once we finally located our driver, Alexis, everything immediately improved. He greeted us with a big smile, made us feel welcome from the start, and engaged us in conversation throughout the drive. On the way to the hotel, he provided helpful information about the area and what we could expect during our stay. The next day, we booked another excursion with the company, and this time Tony was our driver. Unfortunately, one member of our group was not feeling well that morning, causing us to be nearly an hour and a half late for our scheduled departure. Tony patiently waited for us without complaint and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our day. As we traveled toward the volcano, our group member's condition worsened, requiring multiple stops along the way. Tony was incredibly understanding, accommodating, and compassionate throughout the entire trip. He never once seemed bothered by the delays. In fact, he went above and beyond by stopping at a store and purchasing bags and medicine for our sick friend out of his own pocket. The level of customer service we received from both Alexis and Tony was exceptional. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a challenging situation much easier and turned what could have been a stressful experience into a memorable one. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Excellent service Alex took me and my family on a tour, picked us up at the airport and we had a great time. Excellent service, the units were very clean, comfortable and excellent service.

Allen ( my driver) was very prompt in arriving at the airport with a sign bearing my name and was a great driver along bumpy country roads 40 minutes to the hotel and vice versa! He was very helpful taking my case, and polite and friendly. I was also contacted by the office earlier using WhatsApp that he would have the sign with my name at the airport and his time of arrival and they were also v helpful in changing the time of pick up for me on the return journey a day or 2 beforehand. Though expensive $200 Canadian it was none the less comparable to the other companies. Travelling solo I had to pay for the minimum of 5 passengers which is the norm also. I had booked the day before and was fortunate they were able to give me the reservation plus one can cancel 24 hours ahead if necessary. Definitely recommend this company!

Guanacaste Airport Shuttle was fantastic. Our flights was delayed by hrs arrive to CR but the driver was there waiting outside with our names on the his board. Return trip the driver was right on time. Highly recommended.
