Great snorkelling and cenotes tour. Roberto was a fantastic tour guide who gave us a lot of info along the way. You arrive at a beach and snorkell the sand and it's reef which is just a 10 minute swim off the shore. Do bring a packed lunch as the lunch provided is given at the end of the tour. There is a nice hut which cooks hot meals and a snack bar when you reach the cenotes. Hotel collection was not available for us so we had to fork out more money to get to the meeting point which was not outlined in the advert. Also the tax was $20 each rather than $15 on the website.

What an amazing wonderful tour. Nils was very organized and kept the group together. We saw so many turtles which was a bucket list item for me. The cenote was even more fantastic than the trip advisor description. Not too difficult a tour and worth every penny!

We went down to Riviera Maya with the Senior High School class for their Spring Break. The Cenote was really cool to see. The water was cold! I recommend bringing a flashlight to really see underwater. We were only provided one for our group of 7. After the Cenote, we drove to see the turtles. We were lucky and saw around 10. Again, it was a cold day, so everyone was freezing in the water.

We were really excited about this excursion, short trip, only there for a long weekend. They never showed up. I tried messaging them the morning of and didn’t hear anything. I messaged Viator and they didn’t hear back. Ultimately, they did issue a full refund. But I would have much rather go on the excursion than get my money back. When I did finally hear back, they said it was a miscommunication on the pickup time. And they offered to reschedule but I was leaving the next day. It was a disappointing day.

Wonderful half day trip. Started with the Cenote and then moved on to Akumal Bay. Our guide 'Frank' was very attentive and though of everything. Snacks and water were provided throughout the trip (water, pizza and muffins). Take your own snacks if you have allergies or don't like those mentioned above as they seemed to be the standard snack for all half day excursions. Warning take a t-shirt for Akumal Bay. YOU ARE NOT permitted sunscreen when swimming in the reef.(Even environmental sunscreen is banned). This did result in some mild sunburn (we did a morning excursion early on in the holiday). Perhaps do this trip once you have built up a base tan. Also, I recommend taking water shoes as the rocks in the Cenote can be sharp, but the guide did point areas to watch out for.

I went on a sea turtle and cenote excursion with a group of friends. We had a great host that made sure we saw turtles, even with murky water conditions. The cenote was a great experience as well. Crystal clear waters in the 3 cenotes on site. It offered a good mix of open to closed cenotes. My friends and I booked an extra place on the excursion by accident and they were prompt with refuning the money once I found the right contact. Highly recommend!

Justine and Miguel were absolutely fabulous! Justine our tour guide was very knowledgeable, attentive and always with a smile on her face. I traveled with six women and she made sure we were all taken care of while we were snorkeling, searching for the turtles. Miguel our driver even baked us banana bread for our snacking. We had a blast and my traveling tribe agreed this was the best excursion. We highly recommend it!!
