The tour was great but my server was rude, we paid also for the extra service food and drinks and we asked many time for an alcoholic drink and we only got 2 and we paid for 4 people..

Great show, wonderful scenery, food a bit average. Just note the “all inclusive alcohol package “ is only 2 drinks.

Booked and paid for a private table and was then bullied to a table with 6 other people and we weren't allowed to sit next to each other... only opposite each other. Booked and paid for drinks and then had to make a scene to actually get the drinks. Spoilt everything! Fire this service provider Viator! I book through you to ensure a good experience... but the Istanbul tours were sadly very disappointing.

Food was not good, staff was not attentive to tables for servicing drinks, staff and photographers stood in our view of the dancers as if they were the audience. Very disappointed. Not worth the money.

The views of the lit buildings at night were beautiful. The dancing was fun, belly dancer, whirling dervish, and folk dancers. Pick up and delivery went fairly smoothly, get time of pick-up clarifies. Now, the dinner. It was beyond horrible. Our waiter never asked us what we wanted or explained what came as sides. He put down 2 plates of fish, said "fish, fish" and left. It was dry overcooked salmon and a pile of RAW onions. That's all. I wasn't expecting anything great, but this was inedible and I'm not fussy. Good experience. Don't go hungry and expecting decent food.

Terrible event. Meet at pier and wait for a boat that never came. Everyone get on bus for 30 minutes. Go to industrial port and get on boat that was broken down. They don’t tell you the boat is not sailing till 2 hours after the original meeting time. Bus trip was dangerous with driver using phone in hand for directions the entire time. Avoid this trip

The boat is good, private table, just enough starters of 2 or several options and that's fine, unlimited soft drinks, just enough dessert but you have the option to pay... The dances and DJ are good, there is a smoking area and the beautiful crossing. The transfers are correct, but always because of some client waiting for them to get off their hotel, you are delayed.

I regret to give this review but I would no recommend this experience. The transfer back to the hotel was totally unacceptable, food not very appealing and the entertainment extremely limited.

The views from the boat and the show, we’re the best parts of the cruise. The pick up transfer from our hotel was late by an hour, we were first put on a different van that was the wrong one then taken off and put on the right one. The staff spoke little to no English which made it difficult.

Excellent organization of the tour, starting from welcoming guests, good staff, delicious food, and cultural dance show activities. When dealing with our private table, Ahmet was kind and efficient, with little humor. My wife and I loved the tour and recommend it to everyone coming to Istanbul.
