Absolutely loved our tour guide, Angie. She was so knowledgeable and so sweet. Highly recommend her! The cave cenote was absolutely unbelievable! The turtles were a little disappointing because of the crowds and the murky water but still enjoyable. But would do it all over again for the cenote.
I would say to avoid Viator and book things through your hotel when you get here. This was a neat experience but you don’t need Viator’s extra cost. It’s not 5 hours. It’s at least 8. We loved the experience; I just regret all the bookings I did through Viator. I thought it would give me peace of mind but that wasn’t the case. They are not connected to the local people. They couldn’t actually help us with questions about pick up etc because they couldn’t get a hold of the driver.
Our guide was wonderful. They led us around in the ocean finding sea turtles, rays, and other sea creatures to observe. If you do not want to take a boat and be in open water, this tour works. After our ocean visit. We went to two cenotes. The only request I would have is that the guide should have an underwater flashlight, just in case the lights go out in the cave. Otherwise, zero complaints! It was a perfect day!
Was a marvelous tour with Marcella & Hugo. Marcella with her kind words & lessons on Women Empowerment are so wise. Hugo is a gentleman who extends his hand to help you get out of the bus & keeps on asking you if you are alright & need any assistance. Had loads of fun with Marcella & Hugo. Thank you so much.
My girlfriend and I had such an amazing time! Our guide Marcela is simply the BEST! No lie! She took us to see the cenote’s and it was breathtaking! Having her as our guide really made the trip even better! Definitely will be coming back and DEFINITELY having Marcela as guide wouldn’t have it any other way!

It really was an amazing tour! We were with a group of friends and our daughter and it was wonderful to be able to be near the Turtles in an unconventional Mood like an Aquarium. They are majestic and noble animals. The guides gave excellent explanations and asked us to be respectful of the Turtles and the Mood. They even explained how to protect us from the sun without abusing the tanner that finally pollutes the sea and contributes to that of marine life. We are now more committed than ever to the protection of turtles and the seas. Highly recommended
It was a beautiful walk where we could see turtles in their natural habitat. Service was humane and very professional. Very respectful of nature. I highly recommend it.
