Booked an excursion and was suppose to br picked up at 2:00 pm then they pushed the time to 2:40om then 3:00pm and still no one showed so we cancelled. Horrible service.

This was a great experience. Driver German was on time and very personable. The parasailing crew were simple amazing. These guys were very helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. They told us about different areas in Punta Cana. They also made us feel very safe throughout the whole experience. I would definitely book this again with them.

We did parasailing with them and the service was great , the entire team was so amazing from pickup to drop off , German was great and very talkative and friendly . We also met the owner of this company and he was very nice I will highly recommend this activity from them and they have good rates.
