Terrible instructions on how to get to the stop. We gave the taxi driver the address. We were left there with no idea of how to actually get to the bus.

We waited at 2 of the Hop on hop off stops after purchasing tickets and the bus never showed up. We tried to contact driver and he responded hours later. We contacted the help desk and she got no response either. Waited over an hour and when we asked for a refund the company refused. Total waste!

The tour was very good, but seat availability was limited at peak time. Maybe more buses could run during peak time.

Very interesting information that you listen to with headphones. I enjoyed the double decker bus so that I could see the landscapes. There were many stops and of course Old Quebec was fascinating and eating lunch at a sidewalk cafe was special. The smoked meat was amazinng.

Quick and educational way to experience main landmarks and differing neighborhoods with the transportation available to return later.

Excellent way to start your tour of the city and see the highlights. The guide was very knowledgeable.

Tour was very informative and interesting . Sadly it felt that some of the documentaries were out of sync with the actual place . Often passing the site before the commentary started

This was a nice way to get around though once on the full ride was enough. You were able to listen to the commentating through headphones the were provided when you got on the bus. We booked a two day off and on but felt once was plenty.

Excellent comprehensive route of city and significant attractions with great narration. Well placed hop on locations.

Great tour of the city if you stayed on the bus the entire trip. Good narration of the tour. Did not have to wait long for the bus.
