チャングナラヤン ヒルからカトマンズ近くのテルコット ハイキングまでの日帰りツアーは、都市生活からしばらく逃れるのに最適な日帰りハイキングです。このハイキングは、都市生活の喧騒から逃れ、自然を楽しみながら簡単な冒険活動を試したい人向けです。観光とは別のツアーです。カトマンズ渓谷の外での歴史、文化、自然のハイキングが混在しています。丘の上にあるネパール最古のチャングナラヤン寺院とその周辺にある古い村の集落から始まります。美しい訪問の後、テルコットに向かいます。小さな村、森、テラス ファームを通り抜けます。晴れていれば山並みが一望できます。

このハイキング ツアーは合計 7 時間です。カトマンズを午前 10 時に出発し、チャングナラヤン ヒルまで車で 1 時間かかります。最初の訪問は、Changunarayan Vishnu Temple とその周辺の村の 1 時間の観光です。 4 世紀にさかのぼる古代寺院の 1 つで、彫刻された石にネパールの歴史を伝えています。村では、木彫りや古いスタイルの美しい家を作る小さな手工芸品店がたくさんあります。頂上からは、素晴らしい緑のテラスと緑豊かな丘を眺めることができます。寺院を訪れた後、地元のレストランで 1 時間の休憩を取り、ランチとして地元の食べ物を試してから、テルコットへのハイキングを続けます。
チャング ナラヤンからテルコットまでのハイキングは穏やかなものになるでしょう。美しい田園地帯の村やジャングルを通る3時間の散歩です。天気がよければ、ヒマラヤ山脈の美しい山並みを眺めるチャンスがあるでしょう。カササギなどのさまざまな野鳥に出会える可能性が高く、典型的な山村の生活を体験できます。途中、小さな茶屋で休憩し、カトマンズ渓谷の美しいパノラマの景色を楽しみます。丘の上の爽快なハイキングコースです。スリル体験をするために吊り橋を訪れます。カトマンズまで車で1時間戻ります。

Deepak was my guide for several days at end of April 2025. He was flexible, kind, and offered unique touring opportunities. He is very knowledgeable about religious and spiritual life here. Starting with a beautiful temple and finishing with a long suspension bridge the walk was straightforward and just enough for our last day in Kathmandu. Thanks for a great day in the sun

The tour was excellent. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and was always looking to make sure I had a good time. I also liked that this tour was a bot more remote (45 minute drive from Thamel) so there weren't big crowds and the atmosphere was relaxed.

Anjal was fantastic hike guide. She explained the wildlife and the area as we travelled through. The views were spectacular, with a great shot of the Himalayas through the trees. It is a gentle walk suitable for all. I would highly recommend.

Start early in the morning because this is a long hike. October is the perfect month to do this hike as the weather is absolutely lovely. Snacks and water is highly recommended as always (you already know that if you’re a hiker like me). Stopping often to listen and viewing the birds is a must. I’ve seen several species of beautiful birds. You’ll pass by villages, just wave at the locals as they like seeing hikers. The breathtaking view of the valley is the perfect time to take pictures. I took a deep breath as I reached the temple because this is one of the enjoyable hike I did in Nepal.
