We looked at all the tours and this one looked like the best and we were not disappointed! Everything was very informative and our guide Kitty was so knowledgeable. At the one stop, the Dixie house, I myself had such a profound experience, that I cried a little, I'm not a crier. If I could give this tour a 10 star review I would!
Awesome, accurate, and enlightening. Coco, our guide, was fabulous. Knowledgeable, sweet as can be, and definitely has a lot of spirituality in her and about her. Highly recommend. If you're skeptical, you won't be after this. I would not recommend for under 10 years of age, unless they're mature.
Coco was fantastic. From the very beginning she took her time with everyone in our group making sure we understood the equipment being used and what to watch/listen for. Everyone on our tour was having interactions at all 3 locations. This is definitely something I want to do again and I will make sure I book it in Coco’s group.

Each person gets to use a K2 meter for investigating. The tour is primarily the haunted stories of each site but there is also time for some investigating and photos. This tour was everything we hoped for. We couldn't have asked for a better guide than Lucian. He took his time with us, explained a lot of the history of St. Augustine and the places we visited. He ensured we had the best experience possible. I highly recommend this tour, and if you can, ask for Lucien. You won't regret it!

You will be walking through buggy areas infested with ants and cactus. There were no real authenticated stories about ghosts they kept saying just try and speak to them. I thought the lighthouse Park would tell about that history, but we were simply in the playground, looking for spirits in the trees.
Thank you for sharing your view of the experience. Wearing proper shoes and wearing bug repellent is pointed out many times when booking and in the email sent when booking since we go to remote haunted locations including a forgotten cemetry. If you contact us directly we can find out which guide it was and to make sure he or she follows the script and also relay the history and share the stories - this was odd to hear - since the guides are trained to do so. Our tour guide was Coco and she did amazing! She really made the experience worth it for us! You can definitely tell her heart was in the job. The tour lasted just over 2 hours and for the price we would definitely do it again. Thank you again Coco and Ghost Augustine crew!
