Amazing experience, beautiful corals. The guide was very kind and helpful, taking pictures and keeping me safe at all times. The manager of the place was super super helpful, beyond what he needed to do - helping me to travel to Egypt during the conflict time in Jordan. I really appreciate and recommend this company and activity - the are good people! Good faith business

It wasn’t at all what was described. We arrived 15 minutes early because we didn’t want to lose any time from the 2 hours we booked. It then took us 45 minutes to be given all the gear and wait for a car to take us to the site. We weren’t given a choice of where to go, just ‘get in the car and he will take you’. When we got to the beach we were passed to our guide who waited for us to get ready and then took us out from the beach. He didn’t really say anything and seemed very disinterested in what we were doing. We swam up and down the edge of the reef and managed to see some amazing wildlife, but didn’t get told anything about them! Our guide didn’t even point out anything interesting out - we had to spot it all ourselves! We snorkelled for about an hour before being taken back to the beach, only half of the time we had booked for! We were then driven back to the dive centre where we picked up our stuff and left. It was a very disappointing trip and not at all what we were expecting. The only positive was the guy running the dive centre who was very helpful and interesting.

We would like to clarify a few points for full transparency: We did not waste any time; we immediately prepared the necessary equipment for you and also provided protective suits to shield you from jellyfish. Regarding the car wait time, you waited only 7 minutes (not 45 minutes), and we sincerely apologize for this short delay. As for the guide, he was trying to direct you to the correct path. However, you initially went the wrong way, so he politely guided you back, simply saying "please come this way" — he was not angry at any point. Went for snorkling but ended up with diving. And it was an amazing experience. Both Thaer and Zayd are experienced divers and very good teachers.The food and the hospitality were immaculate. Strongly recommend them!

We went for snorkelling and it was amazing, the guide Zayed was attentive and very professional. He took nice underwater pictures and videos with beautiful corals. We visited to the shipwreck as well. Pick up / drop off included in the price and they offer diving with affordable prices.

Not what I expected. I booked this experience hoping to see a few different snorkeling sites around Aqaba. The tour started almost 30 minutes late and basically just included wetsuit, snorkeling gear, and a ride to the beach. It was sort of sketchy, gear wasn't clean, dirty van with no seatbelts, no real guiding from guide (just "we are here at the Japanese Gardens"), super crowded area with lots of boat traffic. Confusing and stressful. But, the coral was pretty at the one site we visited and it wasn't a very expensive experience. Wouldn't recommend.

I booked a snorkeling trip from the beach You can book a snorkeling trip from the boat As for the location of the Japanese Garden, it is one of the best locations in the Gulf of Aqaba I am sure that glass boats cannot pass inside the yellow rope because it is intended for swimming As for the means of transportation, it is not dirty as you say, because we use it to transport our customers. Wonderful experience as a complete newbie in scrub diving! I initially booked snorkelling diving in Red Sea, but I am so pleased that the staff in Hammerhead Diving Centre offered me scrub diving instead. Nebras is an outstanding instructor. He explained everything patiently and made my whole experience remarkable and memorable! I absolutely loved this experience.
