Best Tour we’ve ever been on. Our tour guide, John, was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, interesting, and entertaining. We had listed a number of objects that we wanted to see, and John had looked at the list and led us to all that were currently on display. He gave us historical context and things to look for in each object. As we walked through the various rooms, he made sure that we were not delayed by large groups or crowds. We were all incredibly impressed with his vast knowledge of the Louvre and its objects. Thoroughly enjoyed his sharing of knowledge and his enthusiasm for each object and why each item was important. He answered all our questions and when he did not have a thorough enough knowledge to answer he told us so. I believe that only happened once on our tour. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. John is truly a master craftsman. His guidance through this vast expanse of rooms and art was amazing.

We did many Viator tours over our travels and this one was one of our favorites. Our guide was fantastic. We asked for a general overview for our 2 hours and we learned a lot but it was also not overload. Great experience.

Hamish was so knowledgeable about everything! The art, the building, French culture! He made the museum come alive! This was definitely a highlight of our week in Paris!

The “Dayin” Tour company provided a seamless sign up and offered a 6:30-9p tour of a 3/4 empty Louvre which is normally packed with people. John our guide gave us ( my 13 year son and I) so much history and knowledge in 2.5 hours - the time flew by - so sad to see it end. John was literally a 6 out of 5 stars, best tour guide i think I’ve ever had. And he really was able to curate the tour to my don who is in the middle of studying history and classical art.

Monty was an excellent tour guide and he advocated extremely well for access for my dad that had a walker. He was very knowledgeable, helpful locating elevators - going above and beyond - an excellent guide! I would highly recommend, Monty as a guide to anyone to take his tour and they will be delighted as he is very emphatic especially with people with reduce mobility & wheelchair (which we highly appreciated) 👏 After mona Lisa and few othe famous artworks in the Denon wing, Monty also helped us getting to Napoleans Apartment as there is no direct connection from denon to other side due to stairs and restoration works.

We did a two hour private tour and provided a list of art pieces we wanted to see in advance so our tour guide could plan out our tour. Not only did we cover all of those highlights but we also learned about some of the other impressive or interesting pieces that were on the way. Our guide was well versed on what we were seeing and was able to answer all of our questions. This was a fantastic way to see the highlights of the museum without having to spend hours walking around.
