This was a great experience we were picked up and dropped off at the hotel as promised, lunch was provided as well. This is great if you want to get out on the water and not spend the whole day on the water

The positives of this trip were that the boat, crew and experience was lovely - the guided snorkelling was really good, and we paddleboarded and used the clear kayaks. It was only our family and a couple on board so it felt very luxurious. However the company who run the trip are dreadful. They wouldn’t pick up from our hotel as it was on the outskirts of KK and despite them saying this was in the guidance, I still cannot find this stated anywhere. So we had to make our own way to the harbour which cost a lot more than we’d already paid. Once there, there was no signage and no one had ever heard of Wadi Rum Fire Camp. You can’t call the company as they’re based in Jordan and they take ages to respond to emails for the same reason. It’s only by chance someone we asked happened to be on the same trip. The crew then told us that they hadnt been informed of our booking so although we could go, they had no food for us - despite us having paid for lunch. This really let the trip down and I will be seeking a partial refund for travel and food. The other couple we were with also noted reviews saying that this is a scam and there is no catamaran - this isn’t correct however, we can only assume this was company failure to pass on bookings again. In short - be careful booking this trip. It was brilliant but we very nearly didn’t make it!

Thank you for the most luxurious "time" of the afternoon yacht cruise! The staff were all friendly and the transportation was accurate. I'd like to use it again.

The experience is as advertised. We were picked from our hotel in KKB city promptly and we sailed on a catamaran to Gaya island. We shared the trip with another small group so a total of 7 people on the catamaran. It was very comfortable and Timmy was a great host, the crew was competent and we had a young child in the sea snorkeling but they took extra care of us. Overall, a wonderful day out and we sighted tons of fishes and sea life. All the boat, car pickup was in good shape and the meal was simple but nice.

Wonderful trip out. Timmy and his crew took great care of us. We were picked up from our hotel in KKB city promptly and got onto the catamaran. It was a small group of 7 (us and another family) and headed to Gaya island where we saw a huge variety of fish and coral. We had two SUPs, kayaked and paddled for about 4hours. It was relaxing, the catamaran was in great condition. The van that picked us was also in tip top shape. Timmy was a great host and shared with us lots of local history. We really enjoyed the day! We also had a lot of assistance helping our child with open water swimming. All the equipment provided was in good condition.

The whole experience was great. We were picked up at our hotel by our guide Timmy and taken to the harbour where we boarded the catamaran. There were 12 guests total so it was a small group. Plenty of space on board to store our belongings etc and there was a toilet too! We sailed to Gayá island and anchored up. There was a friendly crew who assisted with snorkelling, kayaking and paddle boarding while we were there. Lunch was provided and it was a good selection. Would book again!

They picked us up at the hotel, got in the car first and drove us to the boat dock. We took the boat to a snorkeling spot, enjoyed snorkeling, and then watched the sunset with local food. After that, we enjoyed the city view on the boat, and were driven from the boat dock to the hotel.
