Good experience, picked up as promised, on time, with name sign. Ordered a return to the airport with them as well. Good people.
Stay away from this company! Definitely experienced a bait and switch situation. Have never experienced such a bad experience with a transportation company prior to this! Booked online, giving the destination for a roundtrip shuttle from the airport to the resort. They confirmed the booking, picked us up, then after dropping us off, the Operator called the driver and then had us come back to the shuttle and said that we owed more money than what was paid and confirmed. She said it was because our location was excuded. I did not see the exclusion when I booked and I shared why didn't they say something when I made the booking or before transporting us. After a back and forth conversation and wanting to enjoy our vacation, we agreed to pay an additional $40, making it a total of $100 paid for a round trip and the Operator said that this would suffice. After checking in to our resort, the operator continued to contact me and said that we would not get a return trip without paying an additional $60. I refused and then contacted Trip Advisor (Viator). After going back and forth with them, they said that I would have to pay the additional amount to the Operator because the Operator said I owed the additional money. I was very disappointed not only with this transportation company but also with Trip Advisor, which I thought I could trust as vetting a company that could be trusted. We ended up getting another transportation company to give us transportation back for $40. If we had gone with them to begin with, we would have only paid $80 for a round trip.

The lady was very rude demanding we play her more in cash or PayPal and kept calling over and over while trying to get through the airport

The service you selected clearly states that it covers locations within 20 minutes of the airport. Your resort is approximately 45 minutes outside of Montego Bay, which falls outside of the included service area and requires an additional cost. This information is outlined prior to booking and is also clearly stated in the exclusions section of your confirmation email. At no point did we demand extra payment. The additional charge was communicated respectfully based on the distance outside of the service range. Our attempts to contact you were solely to coordinate your pickup and avoid any inconvenience, especially given the time-sensitive nature of airport transfers. We remain committed to transparency and encourage all customers to review booking details and confirmation emails carefully to ensure a smooth experience.
Jason was wonderful! He got us back to our cruise ship with 30 mins to spare, despite there being quite a bit of traffic. I recommend downloading WhatsApp and using that to communicate.

Wanted a driver who could handle a large group that I could arrange transportation (including payment) before arriving to the island. Luckily found this gem right here on TripAdvisor. Booking was quick and easy on their website, pricing was understandable and the communication was TOP NOTCH! Booked airport transfers as well as excursions, The team was very punctual (which can be a rarity in Jamaica). Even with flight delays and being held up in customs, Margaret Tours stayed in contact and on top of it. Truly highly recommended. You won’t be disappointed.

Driver never showed and do not refund the money after trying to charge me an extra 100 just to show up I arrived and she was never there never responded to my messages I flew all the way in
Hello Terry, you booked on a product that clearly states in the description that this product covers upto 20 minutes from the airport. You booked on the day of arrival and there was no information for your hotel. Upon arrival you were greeted by our dispatcher and was notified of the issue with your booking, however you refused to pay the additional fee to get to your resort which is 45 minutes from the airport. Bookings are not available for cancellation at that short notice, cancellation should be done 24 hours prior to arrival. You can go ahead and dispute charges with your bank. Thank you, Margaret
The driver showed up even though our flight was running late he waited took us to the hotel quickly and safely and he was super nice

Our driver Margaret was the best!! She was very accommodating due to the cancelations and delays of our flights. She was kind, friendly, and a great conversationalist. She will definitely be the driver I request whenever we visit Montego Bay.
