If you want a dedicated tour of the Niagara Parks Power Station ( not just the audio tour) go directly to the facility and buy the upgraded ticket. And you may need to ask for this as some of the Parks staff were not interested in up- selling this and our guide did not seem to know this was an option.
Waste of time. Kinda spent more time talking about herself and friends. Then she left us on the top of the skylon with another couple. We had to hunt her down. Then she just wasted so much time seeing nothing then just dropped us off at the underground tunnel I could have done that myself and she doesn’t even go in for the tour. That’s her end of the line. I want a refund.
Fascinating tour and we were so lucky to have Linda as our guide. She is extremely knowledgeable and very witty. Linda made the tour even better with all her stories and details. This is a must-do for sure.
Lots of walking but worth it. Our tour guide Lara was so chatty and knowledgeable, just like a close friend showing you around her beautiful city. Lots of great sights and background info about Niagra.
At the end of the tour the just drop you off at the power station to explore it on your own. So no need to purchase this package. Just go to the power station on your own and buy a ticket. That’s exactly what they did when we got there. She did tell us some fun facts at the top of the tower, and the daredevil exhibit was pretty cool. There was only maybe 10 or so barrels in there, but it is cool to see and touch them.

Had a fantastic evening touring the station and viewing the falls from below. Definitely worth the visit for the falls alone!
We really enjoyed our Niagara Underground Tour with our friends. Our tour guide, Deanna, was knowledgeable as well as funny and did a terrific job! I loved learning about all the history of the falls and of the Power Station and look forward to coming back again someday and bringing my parents.
