We’re sorry to hear about the difficulties your family experienced on the day of the tour. We understand how upsetting it must have been, especially with children involved. We would like to clarify that our tours are time-specific and the tickets are reserved in advance for a particular entry time. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to move guests to a later tour once their scheduled tour has started, even if there appears to be availability in another group. The attraction’s ticketing conditions do not allow us to simply transfer these tickets to another time. We also clearly mention on all booking confirmations and vouchers that guests are required to arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled tour time. Our terms also state that changes or refunds cannot be accommodated when a request is made less than 24 hours before the tour. These conditions are set by the attraction itself. As a guided tour company, we are required to follow the rules and ticketing conditions established by the attraction, and unfortunately, we cannot override them or make exceptions outside of those conditions. We always try our best to assist our guests wherever possible, but we also have to respect the requirements imposed by the attraction. We’re sorry that you felt unsupported during what was clearly a stressful situation. Thank you for sharing your feedback.
