I had the best experience with this driving service, I felt safe. Clean and nice van with top of the line air conditioning with charging ports. Driver extremely nice and guiding. Will recommend this service to all of my family and friends.

Thrue our driver was amazing. He pointed out many sites along the way to bamboo rafting. We were able to purchase affordable souvenirs and fruits at a convenient stop. The bamboo rafting was very fun as well!

It was a nice atmosphere and relaxing. The massage was very nice. The ride was short and the river was packed with people. It felt like the workers were in a rush. Bring your own drink.

The ride itself was fine. The driver was nice. But it was a disaster at the end. We waited over an hour for our ride back to the ship and it was getting tight and we could not get in one's attention to really help us. I would like to speak with someone at vietar to get assurances on my upcoming travels.

The Bamboo Captain was great. It was the driver that pissed me off, he was very rushy at the end. He said he had to make a dollar at the airport,witch I respect and understand, but he literally hit his arm and said times up. Like we are humans not dollars, please treat us as such.

10/10 from the driver to the all the workers at the river , the driver was beyond understanding and reasonable I ended up being about 40 minutes late with my booking because of missing my alarm and having a hotel mix up for pick up and I just knew he would cancel on me but he still worked with me on it and had a GREAT attitude upon actually meeting him I am beyond grateful for him as a driver. Now the actual river rafting experience was very nice , relaxing and lit we were given our own personal speaker to jam with. Everyone had friendly turnt vibes and the guy we were paired with on our raft kept us well entertained with his energy he likes to show out in the water lol but yes OVERALL from pickup to the excursion to drop off it was lovely #onelove
