We booked an experience with this Company on Viator for a simple transfer to the hot springs. Communication appeared promising until the night before the actual experience. We were transferred to another agency without any prior warning or notice. Being forced into joining an unknown WhatsApp group of another company was not great when we had no warning it was happening. The other company communicates solely in Spanish, and while that wasn’t an issue, we had chosen this company due to its English speaking option for convenience. Coordinating pickup in Spanish was an added layer of inconvenience on the morning.

Transportation and access with about two hours for bathing in the seven natural thermal pools of Puritama. I hired Atacama Extreme and it was very nice. Hot water in the middle of the desert, with bathrooms and dressing rooms.

They met the departure time and we had access to the Puritama baths without any hassles. We were contacted before to arrange departures and return
