Khalid was a great driver. My flight was delayed for 5 hours and he waited for me until I arrived and was very kind. I was able to get from the airport to my hotel quickly.

Good value. Great driver. Mo was super at navigating Cairo streets. Our flight was 1-1/2 hours prior to expected pick up time. But company got the driver there early for us.

Driver no show? I had to catch an Uber, unfortunately a stressful end to a great holiday. Not happy as when I messaged to ask where my airport transfer was I got no reply.

Once we became aware of what happened, we issued a full refund for the airport transfer as an apology for the inconvenience. This situation was not representative of our usual service standards, and your feedback has been taken very seriously to prevent this from happening again. we booked for airport pick up, this price is much more expansive than other service operators, we thought maybe the price worth it, but it turns out they are total scammers. 1. we arrived, but didn't find the driver, looked aroundand waited nearly 2 hours. 2. the driver dropped our luggage out from the car and damaged our luggages. 3. the car was very old, dirty, smelly, full of dust and odor, seat was broken, no seatbelts, trunck can't even close, photos attached. 4. the driver was stopped by police for over 45 mins because of his license problems and problems with the car, the car shouldn't be on road and it doesn't have a valid license plate. 5. the car was bumpy while driving and makes a loud sound. 6. suppose to be a 20 minutes ride, but took him over 40 minutes. if you don't want to be scammed, stay away from this operator.
Dear Guest, We are truly surprised by your review, as it does not reflect what actually happened on the day of your pickup. Our driver arrived at the airport at 9:00 PM and waited for you until 11:00 PM, and during this entire time we tried to contact you repeatedly with no answer from your side. You never met our driver, and you did not take our service. After two hours of waiting with no communication, the driver had to leave the airport. A short while later, you arrived at your hotel using an Uber taxi, and it is clear that all the descriptions you mentioned in your review (old car, no seatbelts, police stop, license issues, trunk not closing, etc.) belong to the Uber vehicle you used, not to our company. Associating these issues with us is misleading and unacceptable. Despite the fact that you did not receive the service, and despite the no-show policy, we still processed a full refund as a sign of goodwill. Writing a damaging review after receiving a full refund raises serious concerns about the intention behind it. We are a licensed tourism company, all our vehicles operate with full tourism permits, and our reviews speak for the quality of our service. We kindly ask future guests to check all facts before relying on this review, as it is based on a service that was never provided by our company.

We were very late arriving as our bags took a very long time to arrive and he was patiently waiting. On route to the hotel we had a mini tour of the sights we passed.

our driver was waiting exactly where he said he would be. let us connect to wifi in his car as we had no phone coverage! my husband left his phone behind in the car at our hotel and our driver brought it back within 30mins! fantastic service!
