Not good. Very unorganized. No time schedules. Felt like Groundhog Day...45 minutes hop on hopoff with no sights to hop off and visit. 4 stops over and over on route. Unclear when too expect another bus if we were to get off at any of theb2 stops beside the beginning and end at cruise ship. No places ooen during evening hours to get off and get a meal for the evening schedule. Should have been paid by company to go on this trip. Felt like guinea pig. Told that this was an experimental evening tour. Should get my money back. Sorry to have to write this but I expected a better experience. Tour guide was decent and informative but loud bus fan made it hard to hear his great stories.
Our evening service operates differently from a traditional daytime hop-on, hop-off tour, with a more limited schedule and fewer operating hours. We understand that this may not have been communicated clearly enough and can appreciate your frustration if the experience was different from what you expected. We are continuously reviewing how we present tour information to ensure guests have a clear understanding of the route, schedule, and available stops before booking. We also appreciate your comments regarding the availability of attractions and dining options during the evening hours. While operating hours for businesses and attractions are outside of our control, Victoria still offers many beautiful sights to enjoy in the evening, including the illuminated Inner Harbour, the Parliament Buildings, scenic waterfront views, Beacon Hill Park, and the city's historic neighbourhoods. That said, we recognize the importance of setting clear expectations about what attractions and services may be open during evening departures so guests can make the most of their time.
